"Given my first time iN Vietnam, I was worried about the cleanliness of the hotels. So I booked in Sheraton Hanoi for 2 days and then moved around the countries and when decided to fly back to Hanoi I was searching for another 5 star hotel since Sheraton was fully booked on that day and I found few 5 star hotels like Lotte and sofitel but but I found that Hanoi daewoo hotel is a five star hotel with a very good price and close to the biggest mall in Hanoi so decided to give it a try and to be frank it has exceeded my expectation"

"We had an excellent experience with Spring Flower Hotel and would highly recommend it to others. Great location, really nice rooms, air conditioning and wifi work great, free breakfast provided. The best thing about this hotel is the service. We used Spring Flower as our base for trips in and out if Hanoi and the front desk was so very helpful. They booked tours, bus and train tickets for us, provided airport pickup ($20), arranged hotel stays for our next destination, and were all around so helpful and friendly. For example, when my sister accidentally forgot her hiking boots on a bus, Spring Flower called the company, tracked down the bus, and immediately sent an employee out on a scooter to pick them up for her. Another time, we arrived at the hotel (after an overnight train) many hours earlier than check in, but they gave us a room to shower and nap in while they quickly got a room ready for us. With all the Hanoi hotels located in the Old Quarter, all of them looking very similar, I feel glad that we chose Spring Flower. "

"This is our first time in Vietnam and we had a great time. One of the reasons we had is because of the Hotel we choose where to stay. It is very hard where and what Hotel to choose from since they have attractive prices, place & amenities. However, I can definitely and will highly recommend, Acoustic Hotel & Spa! 😊 The staffs are very nice, informative & can speak english very well, special those from the reception desk & their Managers. 😊 Even if we already checked out, they offered to let our baggages be left in the Hotel while we stroll Hanoi. Also, they offered to let us use their bathrooms to freshen up before we go to the airport which is very impressive as we are not their guest anymore but feels like one! We will comeback again to this Hotel once we are in Vietnam!! 😊"

"My husband and I have totally enjoyed our stay at Pullman Hanoi this time. A very professional staff helped us checked in and access to minibar had been made complimentary throughout our stay. Room was spacious with nice view, comfortable huge beds and huge pillows. Breakfast was delicious and staffs were very helpful. Due to the disadvantages of not being able to speak the local language, We depended a lot upon the hotel staffs to coordinate with Uber drivers. Location is also strategical too. Definitely would stay at Pullman Hanoi Hotel again during my next visit!"

"Located on the shore of the lake, the view from the higher floors are magnificent. Taking a stroll around the lake, you can find restaurants and cafes, although much more sparce and definitely quieter than the bustling streets of the old quarters. The hotel staff are bilingual in several languages, and very professional. Although priced higher than the average hotels in Hanoi, it is reasonable considering you get the best accomodation Hanoi has to offer."

"We had our tour in Hanoi Vietnam last 10/14/2017 to 10/18/2017. We had a late check in due to delayed flight and we had came to the hotel at around 3AM. The Front desk is so accommodating and had a bellboy who assisted us with our luggage until in our rooms. The breakfast was a combination of English Breakfast and Vietnamese Breakfast. The Front desk assisted us in booking our UBER and gave us Map and suggested great places to visit. We had a great stay in that Hotel. We feel Safe and at Home although the rooms are good as for 3 Star Hotel. What I love about them is that when we need to check out late at night at around 11 PM. They had our breakfast for our last day be pack up as our Take Away Dinner. They even let us borrow their weighing scale for our luggage. I really recommend Hanoi Graceful Hotel if you're looking for Cheap, Safe, Clean and Great Hospitality to Guest. "

"Both the facilities and room in this hotel are excellent, clean, and a great value. The location is perfect in the heart of Old Hanoi. But it truly is the people who work here, who make it the best hotel in Hanoi. They are incredibly helpful, genuine, kind, and work extremely hard to make each visit special. In particular, Kate is an absolute star and has gone above and beyond in her duties from check in to departure to make our trip simply outstanding. When we return to Hanoi, we will be staying here again - highly recommended to all travelers. "

"I'm not a lover of big, impersonal hotels, so it was with some initial trepidation that I booked this hotel for my second visit to this fascinating city. I'm happy to say my fears proved unfounded with all expectations clearly exceeded. The hotel is really centrally located, close to the Old Quarter and really near to the fantastic Hang Gai shopping street...if you're looking for unusual, beautifully crafted souvenirs and handicrafts you can't go far wrong here! Although there's a lot or rooms in the hotel, it never really feels like you're staying in a big hotel, with clever design and personal-feeling touches spread throughout. As a lover of the Contemporary-Vietnamese-Colonial design, this is really inspirational and luxurious. Rooms themselves are well-appointed and cared for. I'm not sure the clear window between the room and bathroom will be to everyone's tastes, but my partner had a lot of fun with the remote while I was trying to shower! We didn't try the breakfast option, but other guests we met during our stay spoke highly of it. Staff are friendly, without being overbearingly so, and always on hand to help with recommendations, book taxi's and generally be as helpful as possible. Whether you're starting or ending your travels in Hanoi, this is one of the best places to stay, relax and enjoy this beautiful city."

"I stayed here for 4 nights visiting a friend in Hanoi. The room was really really nice, and quite interesting - not too bland. The location is great - right near the central lake and lots of great places to eat/drink. I think this place has a reputation as one of the best hotels in Hanoi. As soon as I told my friend's mum where I was staying the next thing she said was 'have you met Kim's younger sister? She's very beautiful.' Her sister was super beautiful and she had a great sense of humour too but unfortunately I already have a girlfriend back in Australia :( :( :("
