"We found our Armenian Mum! From the moment we entered Marietta’s guesthouse, we were „adopted“ as her children. She continuously hugged and kissed us and made everything to make us feel welcome. Her hospitality was outstanding and far more than we would have ever imagined! The rooms are traditional, authentic and have everything you need. The location in Goris is perfect to hike around Old Goris. Marietta’s husband is the best driver we have had so far in Armenia (which is famous for crazy drivers ;- ) and he drove us to the Wings of Tatev station and picked us up there too. Our highlight was an evening together with Marietta on a rainy day - baking vegetable bread and baklava together and tasting everything until we were more than full! We can absolutely recommend a stay with Marietta and her husband - this is Armenia at its best! We will never forget it! And say thank you Marietta"
