"The hostel is located in the city center, next to Saint Michael Bridge. The staff there was friendly and helpful. The hostel is cozy and comfortable (the lounge and bed). Every bed has its own lamp and power socket which makes it super convenient. The bathroom/washroom was clean as well. The bathroom has a hair dryer. The only thing to be improved was that the hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough and it turned cold for a few minutes while I was showering."

"Pros: - location is just in heart of Ghent city center, in front Christmas market, Sint Niklaaskerk and shopping center. Can walk to most of the famous places - not too far from tram stop, walk only 5 minutes - MANY restaurants nearby - wifi is good - staffs were all nice - many bars nearby, good for people who after nightlife Cons: - amenities was minimum - fridge was not working, turned out they had not plugged in the cord, which needed to actually pull out the entire fridge first to be able to plug the cord at the back of the cupboard. Also the fridge was not cool enough, we bought ice cream and it was melting overnight. - since it is near the bar etc, on weekend night can be a little bit more noisy since many people would come back to hotel at night, stayed awake until around 1 am due to the noise Overall, we might come back to stay here, specially near Christmas time since it is just in front of the Christmas market"
