"We stayed during the low season at this hotel. (Uzbekistan doesn't seem to get a lot of tourists in the winter.) The staff was really helpful with advice, and the room was comfortable and warm - good shower, again, with great pressure (this is not something that is found everywhere with the plumbing constraints in some of the guesthouses). Room was big and clean, breakfast was quick as was our laundry. This hotel is situated very near to most of the sites of Old Bukhara that you will want to see and also quite nice to some local residential areas that have good restaurants outside of the touristy areas (i.e. Chinar). The dining room is very atmospheric. This is a well-run place. "

"I stayed at Rumi hostel for one night. what impressed me would be the hospitality of the staff there. At the time I booked only one night stayed at Bukhara and needed to catch an overnight train to Tashkent on the next day at midnight. They allowed me to stay there for a couple of hours after check-out, using the internet and facilities such as toilet and bathroom. I was feeling a little sick on that day, they let me laying down to have a nap on the sofa. The staff even covered a blanket for me, it was really impressive by their warm service and considerate staff . Until midnight, they also called a taxi for me in advance which was beyond my request.I would 100% recommend tourists to stay at this hostel ."

"The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staffs are friendly. Since the hotel is small and does not have many guests, it is peaceful and the hotel staffs can remember and make customization to our preferences. The location is also great, which is a few minutes walk from the main attraction. Our suggestion for improvement is that the hotel sign is ืnot very eye-catching and difficult to see."
