"This is my second time staying at the Fitzwilliam in Belfast and once again it did not disappoint. There was 4 in our group and all commented on the excellent service, the friendliness of the staff and the happiness to help us with our questions. There was 1 slight issue with the incorrect charge for a breakfast and the service that morning but it was quickly fixed and did not mar the stay or my impression of the hotel. It was cold during our stay so nothing better than sitting in front of the fire in the Lobby and enjoying a couple of quite drinks, perfect in the afternoon and even better when waiting to head out again. Once again an excellent stay and another chance to explore the surprising city that is Belfast."
