"This room brought basic to a whole new level. I was horrified to find a folding chair and folding TV table hanging on pegs on the wall behind the door with no place to put them out apart from outside the glass toilet door. There was no proper chair to sit in and the bed was extremely high and difficult to sit on. Everything had to be kept in your bag as there was nowhere to put anything although saying this there was an adequate shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. The TV was positioned very high on the wall to watch with any comfort but this was probably because if it was lower you would knock it off the wall whilst trying to squeeze past the bottom of the bed to close the blind, There was no kettle! so coming back in the evening had to carry coffee from a shop beside the bus station. I am over 60 and overweight and I really don't mind basic (I have loved camping in my day) but this was downright uncomfortable! Fortunately I really only needed to sleep, wash and dress there but I couldn't relax and couldn't sleep with the humming noise of some AC/heating out the back. The window looked out on the back buildings. The price wasn't competitive for the discomfort endured. "

"The reception staff are very friendly and approachable. This can be felt on the very first day I checked in. Room is clean and spacious. The hotel is located just <10min walk away to Victoria Station where most tour coaches would pick up, <15min to Belfast City Hall and all the shopping areas, 5-10min away from many interesting breakfast places. In other words, it is very centrally located. "
