Our stay was superbly excellent with the fast check in and large accomodation room, large designers rest room. High sky scraper city view. BCC also provide a very nice swimming pool, spa and sauna activities.All the staff are polite , friendly, people orientate. Easy to communicate and respectiful.The room service was also quick to provide the room service and cleaning was done with high skills of experience. The transportation fot to anf fron to the holet and city was quiet easy as the driver provide a friendly and thougher information of thing available in Batam island. His skill in driving was aslo greatful due to taking in consideration of the holet resident passenger that he carries. Our family doesnt have to wait long for his vehicles to pick us up while we awaits in the shopping mall.This shows that he taking high priority into his work.

Staying at the Grands I hotel was definitely a good move for my best friend and I. We really enjoyed our stay as it was really convenient in terms of being walking distance to the Nagoya Hill Mall and also the ferry terminal. Travelers should expect to pay around 50k - 60k Rupiah (~ SGD$5 - SGD$6) for your taxi from HarbourBay ferry terminal to the hotel and not more than that. If they do, then you know you're being cheated. Rooms and toilets were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and I especially looked forward to my morning jamu. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Batam island. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

This is newly built resort with spacious and clean rooms. Resort has good inhouse eating options with great staff at service. There is a mini mart as well. I stayed at resort with my wife for 2 nights and I can say it was the best stay you can ever get in batam. Resort has free pickup and drop off to batam ferry terminal every 2 hrs. Rooms are really big with amazing internet ready tv and powerful wifi. Breakfast was good with lot of options and restaurants have nive variety for meals. Resort is at very peaceful location . Resort has large swimming ppols with ample play options for kids. Only downside is that its bit far from major shopping malls. Also it would have been better if they had indoor game facilities like tennis, badminton, carrom etc. Overall I would say its by far the most sought for resort for money you pay as compared to other hotels in batam.

During working around Batam Center and Singapore Office around 10 days. I very satisfy when stay in here. There's a lot of hotels in Batam Island, i prefer to choice harris hotel batam center, because the location near with mega mall batam, near with the restoran and also Ferry Internal as gate to Singapore. Very recommended if you have travelling to Batam. And also thanks for your hospitality during i stay in here. Thanks a bunch

I have stayed in a few other hotels in Batam over the past year and I must say this hotel has great staff and amenities in comparison. Examples where I feel that the staff are given good training and feel proud to be part of the hotel: 1. Everyone is happy to greet you even the security who were having a smoke break 2. Everyone seem to take their grooming seriously 3. Porters would ask extra questions when we collected our luggage 4. Even at breakfast buffet, the chefs and wait staff never stop replenishing, moving around to ensure food area is neat and food is adequate and fresh. Most staff have a good level of proficiency with the english language. This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star attitude. Well done and I will be back again. Thanks!

Hotel provide free transfer from batam center mega mall to hotel every 2hrs. Hotel do provide free shuttle bus to the other big shopping mall (Grand batam mall & Nagoya hill mall) every 2hrs. And they provide free buggy ride to the nearest mall (kepri mall) and you can arrange for a pick up from kepri mall at your preferred timing. When we reached hotel we are 3.5hr early for check in time but we still manage to check in before 12pm and hotel lobby even greet us with 3 different types of refreshments cooling drinks and cookies + candies for the kiddos, although this is a golf and convention hotel but hotel doesn't forget to impress guests with kiddos. As we check in with 2 adults and 2 kiddos so I book a twin bed rooms and while checking in the reception even call up the housekeeping to arrange for our twin bed to be join so it will be big enough for my family,very thoughtful of the staff. Did I mention smile is never miss in any of the staff face anytime. Swimming pool is 1 of the best and there even a kids club for the small kids like 7yrs and below. Most of the hotel we ain't allow to take the towel from the swimming pool to our room, same as Radisson but 1 best point is they had prepared lots of white towel to swap with you for the pool tower so the guest wont feel any bit of cold when we enter the lobby. Breakfast is great, they sure have something for everybody. But buffet lunch or dinner is only available during the weekend maybe is becos more people are in this hotel during weekends. We had 1 dinner at the hotel lobby restaurant (Bite restaurant) as tired of all the same food in shopping mall.And that's the best meals we had in all our meals during the trip,but a little pricey for the portions we had,maybe just increase on the portions will be great. Most of the restaurants in shopping centre sell same things,all indon food. We had a time when we had pizza hut in grand batam mall and that's the worst food we had, pasta is so soggy, pizza dough i

i believe it was the best hotel in nagoya so far..i stay almost all of them...this hotel is value for its charges ...i love the poolside with many locals crowd around for activities therefore making batam itself more lively otherwise coldly........the room is clean n newer than the others...the food stalls behind the hotel manage by the hotel give us a room of their own without going far...most disco in batam is sleazy except one,,in panaroma hotel....a dance pub...but pacific hotel staff are just great when recently i met an accident in the hotel itself..even to the hospital n after i was well taken care by the staff especially the management sine..namely one p r manager name ryan..i was offered the service even first world hotel might not being obligated to do so...even without this special treatments..overall the hotel beats other 4 star hotels in term of rates cleanliness service n layout....i vote for this hotel in batam.....

Private secure road entrance to a very smart hotel, spacious, quiet. Beautiful manicured gardens and palm trees with coconuts and the odd wild monkey! 4 attractive pools, several restaurants (including an excellent japanese cuisine) and pool side bars. A long jetty with a bar, very romantic! wonderful place for a 'special weekend' a honeymoon or simply some peace with fantastic sunsets. Rooms modern, crisp, white with good room service. Mine had wonderful view over pools and the private beach. I stayed 6 days and loved every moment. If traveling alone suggest you bring own laptop and books. I would return again and can highly recommend. Have toured Batam island and it is by far the best resort!

My stay at Swiss belhotel harbour bay was GREAT! It is near the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal with a shelter walkway. We arrived at 11am and was allow to check in early without any charges. Checking-in was fast we have booked the Grand Deluxe for 3D2N. The hotel room was really amazing,lighting wise very romantic, the room was very luxury and very well tidy. Hotel Lobby Indeed a 4stars Hotel! lobby was very luxury! hardly to find such a nice hotel in batam. Security was very tight we feel very safe staying in this hotel. Hotel Room/Bed/wifi Room is well sized. Mine came with a King bed. Fittings are good and most important, good internet connectivity and fast!The hotel bed was super comfortable 10/10. We quickly fall asleep upon lying on the bed. Hotel Bathroom Bathroom has a seperated shower & bathtub. Was very well maintained and clean. Amenities was sufficient. Bathrobe was provided too. In-Room Dining Requested for in-room dining. Services was excellent! delivered our food on time. But the food was just alright. Hope it can be improved. Hotel Taxi Requested for hotel Taxi to NAGOYA HILL SHOPPING MALL. Cost $100000 SGD $13 for 2 way transport Is quite expensive but we can arrange the timing for them to pick us up. Picking up timing was very on time. Breakfast Breakfast timing is from 6am to 10am. Notes: Best to go breakfast early as it will be quite crowded because the dining area is quite small Could only hold up to 100 pax. The food is varied enough for everyone to enjoy. Seafood!! Had our dinner at wey wey seafood. 5 minutes walk from swiss belhotel harbour bay. Food was cheap & nice:) Overall i am very satisfied with this hotel. AWESOME!! Will definetly come back to Swiss Belhotel harbour bay if i am going to vist batam again.

checked in apr19th 2017 wed room no 904 - arrived 9.30am(local time) .From Harbour bay terminal around 5-10min journey by taxi (Idr 50,000=Sing$5.00) As early check in not available due to no room available ,.Reception staff very polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and toiletries complete.King size bed and room is big and spacious. Breakfast selection very good and quality and taste very good. Location very good ;5 mins to nagoya hill shopping mall (idr 50,000) -about 12min walk. Near to mosque (3min) and pasar mlm nearby . 3min to 24hhr Macdonald. 3mins to Sederhana Rest (nasi Padang-cheap and delicious food ) . Convenient location . Night market (jodoh)daily in front of hotel . Very .Good 4 stars hotel . Tip : even no room 904 --front view o f hotel .(view of jodoh market) uneven no 903 -back view of hotel (view of sea and mcDonald ,mosque) Taxi from hotel counter slightly expensive than normal rate. Can get outside Taxi just round the corner of hotel toward Mcdonald (1min walk). Can rent a car with driver for Idr400,000-500,000(sing$50) for the whole day . Can travelled around Batam island with ease of mind and save on tranportation cost. Most of the taxi will rent their car for the whole day.

one of the best hotels in batam, rooms are really nice, with daybeds as well, bathrooms were good. but room service is really bad! had to call a dozen times just for ice and they even insisted they had delivered already. stayed in room 397 i think, last room on the floor. pool's good too. no wifi in rooms but there's ethernet. location ain't a issue as most batam visitors take cabs. considering the huge amount of hotels there, i'd highly recommend this one for it's price. bought the deal of agoda

One of the famous hotels in Batam. My 1st stay was about 10years ago. This time, I stayed at Suite with my parents. The room is super clean. Large bed, clean bathrooms etc. The suite comes with one bedroom with king size bed + few sofas, fridge, bathroom + jacuzzi, tv etc. It comes with a living room and 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms have standing showers. The room is super large. I was amazed as the hotel is still well maintained. This will still be in my list. Breakfast is average thus can improve. Staffs were so nice and polite. Overall is excellent to me. Will come again for sure.

I happen to visit Batam with family for one night stay here at Planet Holiday hotel. The property is one of best properties in the town at a great location and very good value for money ( in fact, one of the best properties at the cheapest available rates). Overall ambience, cleanliness, staff hospitality, location and facilities are great. Highly recommended for any tourist visiting Batam Island.

Great value for money. For the same cost in a typical Singapore resort hotel with only one Queen sized bed, you can get a two bedroom suite at Holiday Inn Resort Batam. Cost of food at the various restaurants & cafes within the hotel in Batam is also cheaper at about halve the price of that in Singapore. This was our second trip to Holiday Inn Resort Batam in two years and the customer service continues to impress us with their attention to details, impeccable service, caring attitude, smiling & cheerful staff, quick response to customer's needs, etc, etc, etc! Well done & kudos to the management & all staff at Holiday Inn Resort Batam! Also our gratitude to Mr Nazri Gallyot, Director of Operations, for his excellent friendly customer service!

I stayed at Harmoni Hotel in Batam Island one Friday night in November. It's about 2.5km from Harbour Bay Ferry Port, and the taxi fare from there was 40,000 Rupiah that might be discounted depending on your negotiation. The location is convenient. Nagoya Hill shopping center is about 10 minutes walk, which might be a best place for having lunch and dinner. Nightlife area with about 20 nightclubs is just behind the hotel, thus it might be ideal in case going there is your (though not my) main concern. The building is a little old but acceptable if you don't care much about this. A big shortcoming was the noise from the disco on the ground floor of the same building, thus this hotel is not recommended to those who prioritize quietness in the night. Wifi can be used free of charge at the lobby, but no Internet connection is available in the room. Businessperson who would work on laptop in the room need to take this into account, but for those staying here one night for holiday, it is not relevant. Buffet breakfast has a good variety, at least better than the average for a hotel of this quality. Japanese guests may be pleased to find steamed white rice and miso soup in the buffet.

I'll definitely be back! Service I have been to many hotels in batam, the cheap ones to the expensive ones but by far this one has the best customer service experience. The staff are polite, them r smiles welcoming and oh so helpful, and hey, without you tipping them! This is rare in batam, many other places will require you to tip before you can expect a decent standard. Breakfast. Good variety, tasty and the ambience is fantastic. They have this ight instrumental music at the background and it's on the rooftop hence u get an exhilarating view. And I love the cakes they had, simply delicious! Location. It's not too far away from malls just some 3-5 minutes ride away and what's great is that it's not too near, hence you're away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And in the evening, you walk up the stairs outside and you're greeted by street food! And there this nice joint called Cabuci (cafe bukit cinta translate love hill cafe) which has live music, great hilltop ambience and city night view. U can see many lovebirds there chirping their love poems to each other. Room. Huge and clean simple modern design. Pool. It's semi indoor. Cleaner than most hotels I've been to. Abit small for me cos I love swimming laps but it'll do, when there's nobody u can do half a lap across, so just do more! I'll definitely be back.

I was planning a relaxing 2 nights at this location but unfortunately had to cut my trip short. I came from Singapore and it was worth the trip. It is located out of the way of busy nightlife and chaotic city life at the northeast corner of Batam island. You can go to the city, but it takes about an hour by taxi. The hotel itself is very pleasant and relaxing, and they have pretty good food. You can bring a book or a companion and just relax, or perhaps go on a boat trip (have not tried that). They also have a pleasant little pool.

Honestly speaking, I wasn't expecting much from their hotel as the past reviews were not very positive. I chose to stay this hotel because all hotels were fully booked during Chinese New Year period. However, my family and I were surprised when we arrived. First of all, the rooms were very clean. There were no cockroaches or bloodstains in our rooms throughout our two nights stay. Our rooms are very bright with the light bulbs strategically placed. We have strong WIFI signals in our rooms at 18th floor. The toilet is small, but manageable. We had two breakfasts in the hotel. Breakfast are quite good, with lots of options available. The food spread is of Asian cuisine, not international, but we can still choose from noodles and cereals, omelettes or local kuihs (cakes or desserts). Swimming pool is quite small, more suitable for kids rather than adults. We do not have chance to see how is the gym though. Staffs were very polite and keen to our impromptu requests. Hotel location is very near to Nagoya hills shopping centre, and the new Grand Batam, which is just 10 mins drive from the hotel. Cab can be easily hailed from the hotel as well. To summarise, this is an understated hotel. I won't say I will definitely go back to this hotel again since there were so many other hotels in Batam, but if I encounter another full bookings across the island, then I don't mind to stay in this hotel again.

Came as a group of 5. We had to spend 1 night in Batam to catch a plane early in the morning after watching Coldplay in Singapore. Been to Batam a few times but only really to cross over to Singapore as I find the island quite boring. However if I wish we could've spent more time this time around because the Ibis Styles was awesome. Heard that it was a new hotel but it did not disappoint. Easy check in and reception organised for transport to airport at 4am with a boxed breakfast to take on the way. Rooms were MASSIVE, trendy and had everything. The bed and pillows so comfortable, wish we could've slept for longer than 4 hours (as we got in late at night). Definitely recommended. New fave hotel in Batam

Booked the Bungalow. The room is very spacious and newly renovated. Part of the resort is still under renovation which means some facilities are not accessible yet. When everything is up, it'll be very nice. Locationwise, we chose the hotel partly for its location - away from the crowd. It's only about 5 minutes from Senkupang Ferry Terminal (Hotel provides pickup to and from the terminal: call to arrange the pickup). It's about half an hour to the Batam town. It's a big compound and really pleasant. Food would be one of the items needs improvement. Staffs are friendly and attentive but needs more training to meet the 4-Star status.

This was my first time in Batam and I literally dont know which hotel to book. I’m so glad I found Best Western Premier Panbil Hotel. The location is perfect, not so far from the city center and surrounded by trees and breath taking views. Very relaxing ambience and so many hotel amenities to enjoy. We really had a pleasant stay. Everything was great. The staffs are very accommodating too. They also provide free shuttle to Nagoya Hill Shopping Center and Megamall. I would definitely comeback and stay here again nextime.

This hotel was really awsum with a fantastic view of Batam. The hotel is situated away from the towns and roads of Batam, on a high hill which overlooks Batam. It gives alot of peacefulness. Good for anybody who wants to have a peaceful retreat. Day time you can go shopping to Mega mall or Nagoya mall, the hotel provides free shuttle (take note of the shuttle timings from the receptionist). Staffs hospitality was fantastic. I requested for the city view and the did a free upgrade for me. Did their romeo and juliet massage which was 3hrs of pampering and it cost me only S$90 for a couple! They have sauna room, a huge jacuzzi tub next to the swimming pool that overlooks the city, thats the best part of the hotel. Loads of privacy and peace. A beautiful romantic getaway. Rooms were so big and super clean. Free Wifis in the room. Rooms have huge open balcony for you to sit and enjoy some quiet night while having an awsum view of Batam. Never even had a mosquito bite although surrounded by trees and scrubs as they fog the place everyday. Swimming pool n jacuzzi water super clean and well kept. Surely will make it my holiday hotel in Batam. A real worth money for value hotel! Room service menu looks appealing but in Batam you will want to try their street foods which is much cheaper. So if you go shopping grab some food before returning. My room had a microwave n fridge (like a mini kitchen setting with utensils too!).

Travel from Sekupang to hotel was about 5 minutes. Every guest was accorded their own space for the introductions. We were told about everything and confirmed all aspects of our next day spa. We requested for the japanese room was pleasantly surprised by it. room was as shown in the pictures. best part was the jacuzzi infront of the TV. channels were non-existent but they had a thumbdrive for you to bring over some of the DVD files that they have. could possibly bring your own files as well. shower was big enough to fit 2 and a bed looked from a japan hotel. only 13 rooms so over-crowding at the restaurant area is non-existent. you could sit at the same table for hours and not worry about people looking at your table. food was in SGD so it was a bit costly, but considering that we had a hard time finishing the excellent sprite-can-chicken it was quite worth it. 3 swimming pools. do not push your partner into the pool near the india room, as it was the salt-water pool. the other 2 people are fresh-water and at times, you can be the only one using the pool. spent a good 2 hour reading my book by the pool. breakfast was quite limited. considering we had a heavy dinner, the breakfast was enough for both us. the spa was fantastic. i selected office massage, ear candling and lavender scrub. the office massage was a combination of thai and indonesian massage so it hit the spot for me. it was my first time doing ear candling and to see the ear wax after it was quite interesting. scrub was good as skin is still feeling smooth even till now. check out was a breeze as every room has their own clipboard. they were able to separate the bill for credit and cash payment and were accommodating enough to allow us to view the empty rooms for future references. we saw a total of 6 rooms and made a mental note of which to book the next time we go over. so if u have interest in the other rooms, just ask Martha if it's possible when the room is being cleaned for house keeping.

This place has great staff service, the staff really go the extra mile for everything they do. Food is amazing, seafood and breakfast - best i’ve had at a resort. Location secluded but good for people who like quiet environments but can star watch in the night. Facilities are still in the midst of coming up, might want to come after more months of development. But a great place overall. Just still building up :)
