Perfect”

Chillax Resort is located about 5 minute walk to KhaoSan Road. The rooms are big and comfortable. I enjoyed my jacuzzi tub! Food in the hotel was good, but there are so many option for food just outside the resort. The pool was really nice and I always found a lounge chair. The staff was helpful and kind and they helped book a van to the airport. Overall, the price, amenities, size and location of Chillax Resort makes it a place I plan to stay at when I return to Bangkok.

Just one night before departure ”

Greeted at hotel reception with smile and check in staff extremely helpful. Given our early check out, they pointed out that we could grab something for breakfast (even though I didn't realise breakfast was included!!). Hotel reception highly clean and modern. Given our early check out we were informed that the reception was 24 hour so we would have no issue checking out. Room was spacious and modern. Better than expected from photos!! Bathroom was large and decorated in good taste. Used jacuzzi bath which was nice. Plenty of little extras like toothpaste, shower cap etc. bed was just as soft as bed back home!! This was an extremely pleasant surprise given some of the other beds we experienced in Thailand!! 5 minute walk from the chaos that is khaosan road!! Far enough not to hear any noise. The one large downside of the room was the noise of the air conditioning!! It was ridiculously loud and without it the room was a cooker!! Apart from that everything was great. Stayed in the Nuovo city hotel which is next door, and would definitely recommend Chillax over it. The lesser price certainly does not reflect the standard. All in all an extremely pleasant stay. Was disappointed we didn't have longer there. Even with all this, I do think that there is potentially better value for the price we paid. However, in the khaosan area, I very much doubt you will get better

Comfortable stay in good location”

We enjoyed the Chillax Resort. It's comfortable and the location is great for proximity to tourist attractions and Khaosan Rd. There are also a number of nice restaurants right next door. Khaosan Rd. is basically walking distance. The jacuzzi bathtub was nice and the staff were very friendly. They also gave us good advice about taxi prices in Bangkok, which can be a bit of a hassle throughout the city. The breakfast was OK; if you like to have breakfast before venturing out it's not a bad option, but there are plenty of local restaurants if you don't mind stepping out in the morning.

Very good hotel, main downside is staff needs to improve English”

We were on Bangkok a few days as part of our honeymoon and Chillax resort was in overall an excellent choice The location is VERY good (close to every relevant spot on Bangkok) and while located in a very busy and noisy area the hotel doesn't receive this noise and you can rest without trouble The breakfast is very good and staff were very kind, however, their level of English is pretty bad and it was difficult trying to communicate with them. The best example of this is that we asked for a taxi to go to the airport and the staff told us that the taxi would use taximeter. However, to our surprise, the taxi (called in by the hotel) stopped 2 minutes after initiating the trip to the airport and started to negotiate the fare, offering a complete rob for the trip to the airport. This was very unpleasent, my wife got scared, and In the end I was able to take the fare to a reasonable point (still a rob though). I believe this bad experience could have been avoided completely if the staff knew proper English and also made sure to call reliable taxis for tourists. Other than this event the hotel is very good, comfortable and clean. Keep up the good work and please improve your English!!! Regards

Luxury & Comfort”

Thank you Chillax for a wonderful hotel experience! Chillax is in the perfect location - 10 minute walk to all the action near Khao San and a 10 minute walk to the river. The hotel decor is beautiful and feels very luxurious. The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable and we had the best sleep we had in Thailand. The bath is a dream and the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay and it was amazing, we had the whole pool to ourselves a couple of times. The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. The massages were on offer when we were there so they we really competitive prices and the location was much more conducive to relaxation (than having a massage on the street nearby). We would definitely book again if heading to Bangkok.

Romantic room with affordable price”

Located not quite far from the tourist attractions, there is a luxury hotel with very good service mind. We arrived late at night but had notified the staffs prior about my husband's birthday. The hotel welcome us with beautiful bed decoration and a pound of butter cake. We were really impressed. The room service did his job diligently. We asked for a room cleaning, only an hour our room is neat and super clean (especially the jacuzzi that we used with bubble bath!!) Only few small If you are looking for reasonable price hotel with good service mind in Bangkok, do not miss Chillax Resort.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights, it is our first time in Thailand and knowing we'd be pretty knackered from the flight wanted to stay somewhere nice for the first few nights. Chillax did not disappoint! The location is fantastic and its great to be able to get away from the crazy outside world of Bangkok! We got a super good deal but still got upgraded on arrival! Jacuzzi bath was great, everything was very clean, and all the staff are very helpful and friendly, really made our first few days in Thailand all the more enjoyable! Thank you Chillax!!

Pleasant ”

I stayed at Chillax Resort for 4Days 3 Nights and it was great! Highlight of the stay would definitely be the spacious jacuzzi in the room for the most affordable price per night. Just a tip for future travelers; prepare 1000baht for deposit. The only thing that I was a tad disappointed is that the hotel doesn’t provide iron & board so you have to pay for laundry service (if you don’t mind wearing crumpled blouse, go ahead) Otherwise, the stay was great!

Fantastic stay at Chillax Resort Bangkok”

My partner and I recently stayed at the Chillax Resort and had a superb stay. The hotel is beautiful and has a luxurious feel about it. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and ours came equipped with its own huge jacuzzi bath! The staff were very attentive and helpful and spoke good English. The location was also good, situated just a 5-10min walk from the Khao San Road. The breakfast was good too and we enjoyed the swimming pool which had good views of the city. We greatly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would highly recommend others to stay their.

Enjoyable stay”

Enjoyable, Staff are happy to help, and always smiling! Great location for nearby attractions, kohsan road, grande palace, reclining Buddha! The pool is nice clean and nice view! With a bar for food snacks n drinks! I enjoyed a foot massage and body from there salon which was great! The rooms a spacious, with big comfy beds and a big jacuzzi bath! I booked a tour from hotel floating markets, elephants, and speed boat ride! which I found out later was well over priced, as other on same tour payed about 600bht less than I did! Chillax resort hotel is a good stay worth the money

Luxury at a great price”

Stayed in Bangkok for 2 nights- wanted a hotel that was close to places but not on the waterfront or spend significant $$. Was hesitant when I read some reviews but glad I did. PROs: Very friendly customer service and got free upgrades. Room was beyond expectations, rooftop pool was great and room service/customer service was amazing. The bed was comfortable and room had a jacuzzi as well as a shower. Beeakfast buffet was awesome. CONs: Area is close to Khaosan Road so backpacker area and the street to the hotel looks shady but it’s very safe. There’s a seven eleven on the street so less than a minute walk if you need anything. Not much views from Hotel and need a tuk tuk to go anywhere. Overall: Phenomenal value for money. Wish I stayed longer- would definitely go back! Great for single traverellers/couples or group of friends.

Chillax in BKK”

The resort is beautiful, centrally located and only 8 min walk to the river taxi- which might be the best way to travel in BKK. We had no problem getting to lots of major shopping locations, including another short walk to Khao San Rd. Lots of great street food and culture along the way too :) Of course, when the weather was nice we didn't want to leave the rooftop infinity pool with it's city view and poolside bar service. The staff worked very hard to fulfill all of our requests (including a generous late check out) and I would certainly recommend Chillax as a comfortable hotel for couples or adults staying in BKK. Our stay was fantastic, especially for the price we paid booking on agoda.com

Nice place to stay”

That was already my second staying at Chillax Resort, and if I happen to be in Bangkok again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. It's a nice place with a good service. Jacuzzi for two persons is good, the room is stylish, the breakfast is also good.

luxurious and a short ride from khao san road”

Chillax resort is a gorgeous hotel a few minutes tuk tuk ride from khao san road (costs 40 baht). The breakfast was really nice and had a great selection. We also had room service and ate at the restaurant and the food was fantastic! The only not so good thing I could mention is the staffs English, it was very hard to try and communicate on the phone and at reception. Other than that it is well worth a stay! Will definitely go back

Short but sweet”

We had a short stopover in Bangkok and stayed at Chillax. On arrival we were given an upgraded room at no extra cost. The staff were knowledgeable about transport issues, helpful, friendly but not over the top. The pool was clean with a lovely view. Chillax is about 10 minutes walk from the Khao San road area and there are plenty of lovely little dining places around the neighbourhood without the hustle, bustle and noise of Khao San Road.

Excellent hotel in a great location”

We loved our stay at the Chillax Resort. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The bathroom was amazing, the staff friendly and helpful and the roof top pool lovely. I could not fault it at all. Positioned really close to Khao San road. There were plenty of great restaurants close by. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back. Just across the road is a tiny restaurant with amazing food called The White Corner, we highly recommend the Pad Thai there.

Just perfect for a happy couple”

The Chillax Hotel is a great way to treat yourself if you believe in value for money. The location is close to the old area of Bangkok and walking to Khoa San road is easy,as is getting good food or street food at bargain price. The room was like a mini honeymoon suite and had a good general welcoming feel to the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Very good stay”

We enjoyed our stay at Chillax resort, the neighborhood is quiet, there are restaurants around the hotel, two 7 eleven's nearby, tuk tuks at the entrance and bus stations also within walking distance. The room was big, very clean and the breakfast was very good and had a variety of choices. The staff was very helpful, especially when my husband lost his phone in a Grab, they called the company and we've managed to get it back. All in all a great experience!

Deluxe or Premiere?”

This is the third time we have stayed at Chillax and it is definitely a place I would go back to, or recommend for you to stay. We booked our first night in a Premiere room (with Agoda) and then made a subsequent booking (also through Agoda) but, there was some confusion with our reservation and we were asked to change to a Deluxe, or pay extra. The only difference between the two rooms is a large sitting area and a reconfiguration of the bathroom. Both have jacuzzi tubs and the location of Chillax is really the best part of the resort. Do double check when you make your booking, unless you want to pay for the upgrade.
