I only stayed 1 night here and did not use any other facilities then sleep over. The staff did not speak so much english but enough the check in was no problem. I did not need any other help from them. The room was very large and clean. Did not look old to me. It had a big TV and a desk with a computer you can use. Although there was no wifi in the room which it claims. There did not seem to be much around near the hotel. I arrived by taxi and left also so I don't know any more.

When I arrived The receptionist who hardly new English Claimed I have no booking, Even I present the voucher. Even her manager could not help, Lastly I paid a deposit cash (by the way they do not accept international credit cards. The room was great, The Staff are helpless they try their best. Look for other places there are many hotels I moved 2nd day and found for less money a great hotel.??

this was my second visit to china, and my stay at the wu hua hotel made it my besy yet. the hotel was all that i had hoped with good facilities including internet access, freindly smiling staff. although not too central that was not an issue as all worthwhile places of interest including the museums and parks were within walking distance.

the hotel is too old, design is out-dated and they should renovate or touch up the room. so that the customer will come back again. Service is so so, but surrounding there is no shopping mall and less restaurant.

最高のスィートを予約。部屋は豪華で気持ちよかったが、冷房能力が悪く終始暑かった。また都度の支払いが煩わしい。湖南省自体が消耗品(ハブラシ、石鹸など)は宿泊者が別途支払うこと、と言うルールを課しているらしいのだが、そんなことはWEBの申し込み時に分かるようにしておいて貰いたい。近隣にコンビニや簡単に済ませられる食堂がないので移動が面倒下さい。日本語はもちろん英語の分かるスタッフが居ないので今後泊まろうとは思わない。

就是感觉一个差字。房间装修老旧，地毯也很脏，房间完全不符合四星标准。最重要的是所有设施和服务完全不。没有照顾到残疾人的需求。卫生间又小又不方便，坐轮椅的残疾人无法使用。以后再也不会住了，连经济型的锦江之星都不如
