Great staff with excellent service and location central to everything ”
The front desk staff, especially Anna were very attentive and helpful. All the staff always greeted you with a smile and the room service/cleaning was of high standard. The rooms are larger than other hotels in the area and also have a modern shower with high water pressure. The king size bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. The swimming pool is huge with water slides. I found the location of the hotel to be very handy as you could easily get to Terminal 21 or Walking st and to everything else in between.

Amazing Stay”
We stayed there during covid 19 outbreak and right before Pattaya lockdown. Agoda and hotel kindly allowed me to change the period of stay, thank you so much.. no doubt that I will use Agoda again for my future trips. Hotel staffs were amazing and Agoda staff was so helpful and supportive for my requests. About hotel, I love the aquarium at the hotel restaurant, everyday I sat down next to the aquarium for breakfast. it made me feel very special. Due to covid 19, couldn't use the slides but understanding the situation. A minor thing about the hotel - there was some bad smell coming from the hole of the shower. I asked staff that she said it might be because of not many guests staying so the water circulation is not good at the moment. the smell remained around swimming pool area and lobby.. actually the whole places. Hope to come back to Pattaya again soon. Thanks all the hotel staffs and Agoda customer service for all your kind support during our difficult times.

Very luxurious hotel. Near many places. Only a motor bike ride away from walking street. The hotel has a large swimming pool with slides. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were always at hand,friendly and there to make sure your stay is perfect. I cannot fault this hotel 🙏🏻.. no messing around. Location is perfect .. not far from anything, all directions in Pattaya. Got the luxury of getting a great deal on price of a pool view room .. Uber cool 😎.. this place is class and the swimming pool is the length of the hotel, food is amazing at the restaurant too. Will definitely get a room here again on my next visit 🙏🏻

Brilliant Hotel apart from all day sun ”
Couldn’t Fault the hotel very Helpfull staff in all areas of the hotel . Gaurd, receptionist , Cleaner , Bell Boy The hotel was clean in an excellent location. Helped with everything. The only downside was the sun terrace lost the sun at roughly 4pm .
