Oh the theme of the room is sheep!! And just nice I intended to go Cingjing. Unforgettable design. Bath room is super big and relaxing. Not super near to mall area but take a cab is very fast. Will definetely stay there again when I going to Hsinchu!

There’s a peculiar smell in the room. The pillows smelled like dried sweat and weren’t washed. Other parts of the room were okay. We just couldn’t stand the smell of the pillows and blanket so we just left and didn’t spend the night.

優：員工服務態度優良 缺： 1.ㄧ個晚上兩千的房價，只有大浴巾，小浴巾是用拋棄式的紙巾，我以為我住在車站附近的平價小旅館！連個像樣的玻璃杯都沒有，全都是紙杯！ 2.蓮蓬頭熱水太熱，轉冷就忽然變冷水！有夠難用！ 3.入住剛好寒流來，結果暖氣根本不暖！開整晚還是房間冷冰冰！ 4.房間電燈壞掉也沒更換，冷氣出風口還會滴水！ 總結；住這間不如去別間平價旅館還更省錢！ 這種設備和品質跟一晚千元內的旅社差不多，差在房間大而已，員工態度除外其他方面根本沒有優點！

浴缸好多頭髮都沒清乾淨，放水的孔壞掉，房間感覺很老舊，地毯髒髒的不敢碰到，床頭櫃下面都爛掉了也沒整修！唯一的優點是浴室空間很大。

門口就有煙頭煙灰，整個室內是煙味，剛開始放浴缸的水居然是土黃色的，洗完身體眼睛紅腫過敏，浴室也有煙頭，感覺應該是沒打掃的員工吸煙室，服務台接獲客訴回覆「目前沒有其他客人反應水很髒喔，你放久一點」退房的時候再反映室內都是煙味很不乾淨，環境很髒，按摩浴缸也壞掉，室內偵煙消防器壞掉，服務員完全沒反應，住宿平台沒有過濾這種旅館，不負責任，很雷！
