Capital Int'l Airport & New Int'l Exhibition hotels & places to stay

Near airport which is both good and bad, takes 7 minutes to get to airport but it is difficult to get taxi to/from airport because they are could be unwilling to drive you so close since they would only be paid about 13 yuan each way. It is easy to walk to a nearby supermarket about 5 minutes away. The rooms have a tv, free wifi, hot water heater, 2 tooth brushes with toothpaste, 2 liquid body soap, 2 shampoo, 1 comb, minimal toilet tissue to start, 2 pairs of slippers. There is not a separate enclosed shower area, a shower head with removable handle is located right next to the toilet. The heat turned off during the night and it got very cold although it did turn back on later. The non smoking room smelled like smoke and had an ash tray in it. The springs in bed could be felt through the mattress, the white towels are no longer white but clean. It was difficult to sleep with it being cold and the room smelling like smoke.

Hotel equipped to western standards with all amenities needed, helpful staff and 24h reception desk. The airport shuttle service was free but a bit of a hassle in the middle of the night. It took me 1h to contact and find the driver without a chinese sim card and wifi access. They only pick you up from Terminal 1 and 2. Passengers arriving at Terminal 3 need to take the free airport shuttle to Terminal 1/2. Departing shuttle service worked out perfectly though.

Hotel is old and worn out, stained furniture and carpets, smells like cigarettes. Dust everywhere, if you are allergic to dust stay away from this place. It does not look like anything like on pictures. On the plus side bed sheets were clean and staff was friendly and helpful and you get free ride to the airport, albeit in an run down van. Had we not arrived at 2am and had it not been for the cold outside we would have probably returned to airport or tried another hotel.

Location really near Beijing International airport, hotel is clean, facilities new-ish, overall great stay for a quick rest after a late/ long flight. Free airport shuttle is hourly from Terminal 2, Arrivals level and at bus bay 3. If you arrive late like at 12 am, best to call the hotel to check if there is shuttle bus still operating BUT please don't get cheated by some uniformed workers with a name tag at the airport claiming to help you dial the hotel because they are working for a private limousine service and probably didnt even dial the hotel before telling us there was no more shuttle for the day and our only option was to take a 200 CNY transport by their company for a 10 minute ride, and later when we rejected, they reduced the fee by HALF, 100 CNY this time but still, our uber ride (40 min) from the hotel to Beijing CBD was only 110 CNY. And also, some reviews below said that hotel does not provide bottled water, but they do, so no need to lug a 1.5 L from the airport Family Mart.

The room was clean n nice ,which was the best thing of this hotel. I was taking the transfer flight in bj international airport.The flight was next morning,so had to stayover in bj. I called this hotel before I went to bj n asked them how much they charge for picking me up from airport.They told me thats a free service. But later when they actually picking me up,they asked me to pay 100rmb for this service. So if u gonna choose this inn, be prepared for this.

Pros; 1. The hotel is a good stop over for transfer flights or early flights. About 5 minutes drive from the Beijing Capital Airport T2. 2. The rooms and toilets are clean and the bed is good to sleep on. Cons, 1. Please note that there is no hotel lift and the name of the hotel has since been changed. 2. It was winter time when I went and the hotel heater in the air conditioner unit was not working. I had to request for a change of rooms. Others; The only form of activity is a small town some 30 minutes walk away from the hotel.

I chose to stay close to the airport because I just had a night to spend in Beijing between two flights. THe hotel is very average for 35 euros : Pros : The shuttle is very efficient (they picked me up very quickly once called) and it is very close to the airport. Drawbacks : the room was clean but simple, and overpriced if you consider I had better rooms throughout CHina and even in Beijing at Backpackers' guesthouses. There was a regular computer on use in the room, but I could not work from my own laptop (no Wifi, no connection to my computer was possible) and the 5 euros extras I paid for Breakfast were useless : the restaurant at the hotel was closed and I had to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant which only offered chinese type breakfast in a place that was neither nice nor clean. All the cheaper guesthouses I stayed at before were much better and I wish I had taken a taxi instead to the previous guesthouse in the center near to the forbidden city. The 30-35 euros are worth paying if you arrive very late in the afternoon and must be before 10 am at the airport on the following day.

We just needed somewhere to rest during our 13 hour layover in the airport. I had an infant and 7 year old and just wanted a clean bed and clean bathroom to wash up. This hotel meets that criteria. I didn't have high expectations of this hotel, and so I wasn't disappointed. My flight arrived at 5:20am and I didn't really expect the free shuttle to pick me up so early, and I was right, I got the first shuttle in at 8:30am or so. The shuttle back though was super easy and fast. There was only one staff member who spoke English, and if you accept the fact that the customer service in China is not the same as USA, but that doesn't bother you, then you will be fine. The best thing I liked about the hotel was that the kids and I took a walk down the road and we came upon a street of little shops and a little park where the locals and kids hang out and a "supermarket" where we could buy cheap food and snacks.

Though it is a little far from airport, they have provide transfer from airport to accomodation. It is good thing to have translator app, we were able to ask and they have book us taxi to are next destination. I think essentials are provided in the room. The room, I think, can accomodate up to 5 people so it is wide for us, group of three. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

For a hotel that is rated as 4 star i was surprised that they dont have at least 1 English speaking staff . The rooms are ok and just raight for the price i paid for it. My first night came out fine . They dont have a signage if i want my room to be tidied up so when i came back the night the room was still dishevelled and the towels i used that morning is still there were i left them . They did not provide fresh ones . So i thought maybe because i did not specifically asked the rooms to be cleaned . On the third day i asked the reception to provide new towels and clean the room i was disappointed because it was not done . I checked out on the fourth and final day the earliest . The staffs are very friendly but i think are ill trained to accomodate not Chinese speaking customers.The location of this hotel is nice and very near the airport . In their hotel brochure they have a business center so i asked if they can arrange a tour in greatwall and the city . They cant understand what i want . So i give up talking to them anyway . Even when the help of a translation apps in mobile did not help .

Very clean hotel near from the airport and new china international exhibition fair ,We were riding the free shuttle Bus Exhibition near him There is a supermarket and restaurants close by Free shuttle bus is a good option , They took us to the airport at 4am. But also we found some problems No safty box in the room No mini bar The English language for its staff is weak But the result is that we enjoyed it, it is the very good hotel

We chose this airport hotel for its situation near Beijing Capital Airport. In reviewing ALL major hotels close to the airport, the Sino-Swiss seemed to be the BEST, with good reputation ( the Swiss chain ), clean and reasonably priced. We were NOT disapointed about our choice; check-in was fast, the bedroom was spacious and the beds VERY confortable The shuttle service to the airport was on time and was very fast. A hotel with a good value for money.

Inexpensive hotel with high user reviews near the airport, Qiuguo Hotel did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable, stocked with complimentary drinks, bathrobe and slippers. With the exception of a motor humming outside the hotel, everything was satisfactory for an overnight stay during a long layover. Breakfast was not included with the room, however for about USD $7, you get a buffet-style breakfast with a variety of Chinese dishes and some Western, like cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt and toast. A free hotel shuttle is available, although I recommend contacting the hotel in advance of arrival to establish the meeting point and time. Fortunately, I had a helpful airport attendant, working hard for a tip, that was able to contact the hotel for me. While close to the airport, there was nothing noteworthy about the area, surrounded by other hotels, no public transportation other than taxicabs, and probably not ideal for tourists staying in Beijing for more than a day.

Location is good only for those on transit to airport. For those attending exhibition in the new Beijing Int'l Exhibition Centre in Shunyi District (about 15-20 mins taxi ride without traffic congestion). The only amenity near there is a 7-11 convenient mart on the next hotel building. Nearest shopping would be INDIGO (颐堤港) about 20 mins taxi ride (without traffic congestion).

Never saw any staff :D just got the door pass key via sms.. convenient & hassle free, but not much orientation given.. like when we went home past midnight and building main entrance was closed, took us a while before can figure out getting in. And if don't have China mobile number, very expensive for foreigners to communicate with property owner. Overall the property is okay, feels like home. Everyday they clean, replace towels too.

Brilliant - room is quiet and comfy. HBO/AXN/Cinemac/ etc channels available. Food outlets reasonably priced and offer quality meals. Staff friendly and mostly speak English. Amenities in the room are complete. Bedding ultra comfortable. Turn down service provided. Shuttle bus to airport frequent enough. Near enough to the New Exhibition Centre by taxi (about RMB30) If you smoke, make sure you have sufficient supplies as the nearest shop selling smokes is quite a distance away.

It's smart to stay close to the airport if you need to catch early flights. We arrived in Beijing very late that night because the flight was delayed, and we need to take another one in the other morning to US. Thanks for the location of Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel, saving us lots of time and avoiding traffic. The best thing about this hotel is the location, especially when your airline takes off from Terminal 3. One thing I do not like is their wifi service costs about $20 per day, that's crazy! There are two other 5-star hotels around Beijing capital airport, you better look into them as well if you would stay close to the airport and use Internet.
