"The location of this hotel is excellent. However, because the hotel is so new, and the area itself seems to be newly developed, there isn't really a good selection of restaurants or things to do near the hotel itself. However, downtown Ulsan is a short (and relatively traffic-free) 25-minute drive away. Also, because the hotel is so new, the first floor only has a Dunkin Donuts, but all the other business units are currently unoccupied."
