Very nice and clean place ”

quiet, not far from the city center. large rooms very clean and bright. a pool also very clean. basic but adequate breakfast. team very attentive. little concern for us: our daughter was injured with the slide of the pool which was defective. good reaction of the staff who took care of it and removed the tobogan, but we could have expected from them a form of compensation for example by a reduction in the price of the last night.

Very good! Super nice staff, super nice located only 15 minute walk to town, nice pool, super nice outside area where you could chill at day as night, big rooms, balcony, nice and cheap food. Only they forgot to clean our room 3 days but it doesn’t matter! Super good!!!!! We would definitely live there again if we go to Battambang

Awesome staff, clean and spacious rooms, big swimming pool with a shaded hammock area. We booked to go to the bat caves with the hotel, which was very reasonably priced and a great experience. We ate a couple of meals there and would definitely recommend the good value for money food. We loved the peaceful location, it is a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Pros: the staff is nice and helpful Cons: the hostel is not in the city Center! It is actually almost a 30mins walk from city centre so it is not convenient , especially at night.

This place is probably an old hotel converted into hostel. Double rooms are huge, nice and clean. However, there were bed bugs in the first room we got checked into (101). We got moved to another room quickly, but the staff didn't seem to be surprised at all.The next day we could see the mattress from the old room just being put outside on the balcony to 'air'.. The pool was being cleaned one of the mornings, and it was absolutely filthy. Not sure if it's because of the wet season, lack of maintenance or a bit of both. Food is really good. No hostel vibe though. Overall, it was okay, not great.

Bargain ”

Booked to 2 nights, ended up staying 3. The pool is great. The lady at reception speaks great English and is really helpful. We only booked a fan room but had to upgrade for AC only £5 extra. The bar stays open until the last person leaves. It’s was quiet on a night. A 2 dollar tuk tuk to ‘pub street’ although it’s not really a pub street. The food was okay. The mainly ate veg fried rice; that was tasty :) would come back.

A decent budget hotel”

Loved the pool for early morning and late afternoon swims. Our AC room was basic but comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. Downtown is walkable or simply use passapp to book a cheap ride downtown I'm back.

Above average”

Although we room we booked clearly showed AC on the pictures, we had to pay extra 5$ for an upgrade to AC room. The travel booking was a disaster. We got a sleeper bus to Sihanoukville and nobody told us it includes a bus change. Information that would have been helpful, when you’re woken up and thrown out of the bus in Phnom Penh at 5am. All in all the trip took 5-7 hours longer then they told us. The tuk tuk driver the hotel got us for a tour to the Phnom Sampeou was great, though. The pro is that the hotel has a nice pool.

Pros friendly staff, very clean and the pool is a plus. Cons its away from town but the hostel has a tuk tuk other than that we had a fab time and would definitely go back.

The place is nice. The cooking is really good. Try some of the soups. Also they are building big swimming pool. So overall is good place.

It's a little out of the way but a 2$ Tuk Tuk ride or cheap moto rental will solve that. The environment is also super nice!

Travelled as a group of 12 (most of which were Cambodian locals) - many of us suffered from bed bug bites. When we told staff, they were disinterested and it was apparent that they already knew this was a problem. The night before this happened, we asked about the included breakfast and a drunk staff member very rudely told us to figure it out ourselves. We left a night early because it was a truly uncomfortable stay that almost ruined our weekend away. Please don't stay here - there are so many better options.

Estancia genial, piscina de 10 y cocina excelente!!! Hay que privately Amok de pollo! Delicioso!! Hicimos la excursión de 1/2 día con Mab nuestro Guía y conductor que fué el que nos hizo pasar un día inolvidable!!! La visita a Battambang no habría sido la misma sin el!

L’hotel en lui même est correct, surtout la piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très insuffisant (un œuf, deux petits toasts, une mini banane et une tranche d’ananas, une toute petite tasse de café). Pas de frigo, loin de la ville et des restos. Possibilité de dîner sur place, prix correct mais toutes petites portions.....si la cuisine n’est pas fermée des 19h30!

Les hôtes ne sont pas très accueillant”

La clim coûte 5$ de plus pour l’utiliser. La propreté est ok mais les draps sont tachés. Les coussins ne sont pas très confortables et c’est loin du centre à pieds avec chiens errants dans la rue. L’une des chambres réservée n’était pas celle que nous avions choisi. Le gérant semble être à l’écoute des clients, après notre plainte pour la clime payante il m’a tout de suite contacté par mail très professionnellement et gentillement mais le staff sur place n’est pas vraiment à l’écoute et pas très serviable. Ils fument leurs cigarettes et restent entre eux.
