It is worth for. many restaurants around and can walk to AEON Mall. The breakfast area is small, has limited seats and less option but delicious. The room was clean and full of facilities. I will come back next time!

I have been using this hotel once or twice a year since 5-6 years ago. Many business and couples use it, so the hotel is always quiet. The staff is friendly and approachable. The breakfast doesn't have a special or luxurious feeling, but I find it very delicious. I will continue to use this hotel in the future.

喫煙室だったのでタバコのにおいは少し気になりましたが、シンプルな部屋でのんびり過ごせました。 駐車場の場所を聞いた際丁寧にご対応いただきましたし、朝ごはんも美味しくてまた利用したいと思いました。

浴室が生乾き臭でとても気になりました、臭いです。 洗面所のグラスはむき出しで、袋に入っていた方が使用する際に気持ちが良いように思われました。 フロントの男子スタッフの方に少し笑顔があれば良かったです。 夏の激暑の時期の、離れた駐車場は年配には堪えました。 低料金で泊めていただいてるので色んな面で我慢です。 ありがとうございました。

まず、コンセントの数が少ない。パソコンで仕事しながら、お茶を飲もうとすると、又は携帯を充電しようとすると入り口近くのコンセントしかない。フロントに言えばと思われるかもしれないが、毎回それをしなければいけないのか？あとは枕元近くにもコンセントが欲しい。 また、サービスレベルが人によって違う。使用した歯ブラシをコップに入れておくと、そのままにしてくれる人と捨てる人がいる（ホテルではどうすることになっているのか？統一してほしい。正しいのはそのままにしておくのが正しい）

初めての宿泊”
この時期、毎年さくらんぼ狩りに来ているのだが諸事情でホテルは山形駅近にしていた。今回からはどこに泊まってもOKだったのでそれなら東根に宿泊使用とここのホテルに泊まった。羽田から山形へは朝か夜の便しかなく、夜の便で来た私は取り敢えずホテル周辺を歩き回り夕食の場所を探す。ホテルの周辺は居酒屋、レストラン、コンビニがあり夕食を取るには苦労しなくて良かった。 朝、車で回ってみると色々なお店がある。来年もここに泊まるかなと思っている。

数年前から利用しているホテルで、一般的はビジネスホテルです。リニューアルがされ、古さは感じませんが、最近のホテルに比べ、若干部屋が狭いように感じます、価格が以前より、高くなっているのが気になります。 ビジネスホテルとしては良いホテルだと思います。

山形を感じられるビジネスホテル”
さくらんぼ東根の駅からすぐの立地でわかりやすい。周りにはコンビニやスーパーもあるので車がない方でも不便はないかと思います。 受付の方も親切でしたし、朝食も食べられてます。味噌汁ではなく山形らしい芋煮だったのにも感動いたしました。旅行での利用ではなかったのですが、久しぶりの山形らしさをビジネスホテルで感じる事ができました。

駅から一番近く、ホテル内も綺麗でした 朝食は普通でしたが、コーヒーは香りもなく美味しくなかったです その事を除けば、普通に良かったです

禁煙ルームがないのでしかたなく宿泊したが、とても耐えられない。朝食に洋食の対応をしてほしい。風呂の湯が出る勢いが悪いので湯をはるのにとても時間がかかる。隣の客のいびきが聞こえる。駅に近い立地が良いくらい。
