Old but newly renovated”
Hotel near the airport, shuttle service available but only until 10am. Had to take a taxi provided by the airport, which was not a pleasant experience. The driver complained even though the destination was nearby, and drove recklessly to show his dissatisfaction. Is this acceptable? If it's far, why not use a train or bus? Moreover, when it was time to check out, they didn't accept cash and none of my cards worked, not even Tmoney. The staff's attitude was also rude. Finally, when I arrived at the hotel, I saw that there was a shuttle service available until late evening.
First stay in Incheon”
As the flight arrived at 22:00, we stayed in Incheon instead of Seoul just in case. We took the subway from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 and walked to the hotel. It was about a 20-minute walk straight from the airport, and there were many bright hotels once we left the parking lot. The hotel had a convenience store on the first floor with a wide selection of items. The check-in was handled by a friendly woman who spoke English. The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub. While waiting for a friend in the lobby before check-out, a male staff member kindly provided shuttle bus information in Japanese. The bus took us directly to the airport. I would like to use this hotel again for early morning or late night flights.
Don’t cheap out on the smallest superior double room if you are over 165cm or have long legs!”
Similar to other comments, this hotel is very much due for a major reno, with lots of issues at least in the room I stayed. Building exterior and lobby looked alright, but the room’s state is closer to motel grade than an economy hotel. It’s livable providing I paid a very affordable rate on Agoda, but it’s really makes you raise your eyebrows. No way this hotel would survive if it’s not located close to the Incheon Airport where travellers book it after late arrivals or before their early departing flights. I think next time I’ll stay in the city, or book a guesthouse in Unseo instead… Pros - Room size is similar to Japanese business hotel. - Bed and pillows are comfy; sheets are soft and clean. - Furniture and decor are a bit worn and dated looking, but still functional. - Thankfully there’re operable windows. Only the heat setting is allowed in November, and the temperature read 28°C upon my entry… no fan nor airflow can be turned on from the ceiling unit. - There is a kettle with cups, plus coffee and tea. Also 2 bottles of water in the mini fridge. - Staff are friendly, and fluent in English. Cons - One of the bedside lamp has a cool white bulb while the other is warm white (suitable to aid sleeping). But it doesn’t matter because there’s no way to turn off different lights in the room (general pot light in the room, corridor, and bedside), except for the bathroom which is on a separate switch. I had to pull my room key out to shut off all the lights to sleep. - Dead bolt lock was impossible to lock. Luckily the security chain was usable as extra safety measure. - Sheer window curtain is missing one panel on the operable side, while the other available panel hides mostly behind the closet. - The so called 3 piece bathroom is compact! As an average weight (East Asian standard) 173cm tall woman, I’ve to sit at an angle to properly do my business, rendering the bidet function useless. Also the toilet lid kept falling onto my back, which was very annoying and not sanitizing at all. - Shower is fine space-wise, but you can see salt deposits and banged corners on the rain shower head. Also no shower curtain so the water could splash beyond the tiny shower corner, although this is common in Korea. - Bathroom mat has holes on it. Again functional but totally not expecting it from a hotel.

Best Parts of this experience • Location from Terminal 1 • Airport pickup easy to find (Exit 14, Across Street, Turn Right, Look For Sign), on time (hourly, early morning to 10:10 pm), they load your luggage, newer buses, mere minutes to hotel. • Clean room • Bed and pillows were comfortable, got a great night’s sleep • Hot water, hot shower, good pressure, everything in wash room works • Breakfast was excellent. Large variety of delicious hot and cold items. Coffee was outstanding. Eat until you are full. Worth it after a long flight, wake up the next day and enjoy a great breakfast • After check out, take the airport shuttle back to Terminal 1, get a T-Money Card for 5,000 won and then load the card and get on the train to Seoul. It’s that easy. • Get yourself a SIM card while you are at the airport. Use the KLOOK app if you want to save about 15%, or pay full price like the rest of those in line. If you get the SIM card first, some give you a T-Money card included which is a savings. Things You Should Know • There’s no USB outlets in the room. Korea has weird electrical wall outlets. You might have to ask the front desk for an adapter for their special plug configuration. Or you can go the the convenience store in the lobby and buy an adapter for 8.000 won. • The rooms and hallways appear dated/old, as in not particularly modern. The rooms have very little furniture. The only place to sit is on the bed. Floors look old. Rooms could use an update/refresh. Hallway rugs are looking old and in some places the rugs no longer adhere to floor, pulling up in some places. Summary • Good for a night or two • Love the location • Great staff • Good Sleep • Hot water • Clean • Food was fantastic • Best airport pickup I have seen in a long time • Get what you need at the airport and hit the train
Near Airport”
The best thing about this location is it’s near the airport so you don’t have to fight the traffic from Seoul if you do decide to go to Seoul. There are great places around the area to eat. The hotel has its own convenient store that is open 24/7. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I liked the rain shower head. I also liked that the shuttle was available every hour and it can take you to the airport and you can take the train or taxi or bus from there. I like riding the taxi and so I was happy that there was always a taxi in front of the hotel. It’s about an hour into Incheon city or Seoul, which is about $25-$30. If you ride the train, it would definitely be cheaper, but to me, $25 is not bad and it’s worth the convenience. The taxi drivers are nice and the taxis are clean. They have the meter running so you can see. Also, they have the GPS to show you how far it will take you and give you a rough estimate of how much you’ll be paying. There are many convenient stores around the hotel too. Aside from many Korean restaurants around the area within walking distance, they also have an Indian restaurant, Raj, that’s probably 2 min away from the hotel. My best friend and I ate at a Korean buffet restaurant and it was great home cooked, comfort food that cost us $15!!! Isn’t that crazy? Buffet included main course, dessert, side dishes, and drinks. Would I come back? Yes.
