While it is no luxury hotel and isn't centrally located, that should not deter would be guests. The staff treated us like family and made our experience it UB memorable and authentic. The place is clean, has good wifi ,comfortable beds and awesome pressure in the shower. It more than met our needs even if the staff wouldn't have been awesome. I really can't say enough about them. Such a great crew. I recommend this hotel to anybody who values genuine hospitality over glitz and glamour.

Near train-station - distance to city centre”

We stayed here for one night before taking the train in the morning. The location was perfect for us (10 min walk), but is a 15 min walk away from the main street (at least). We enjoyed our stay and were given a quick breakfast before the early train. Great value for money.

Fantastic service”

Our couple stayed for 3 nights. All the staffs were of capable of English, and had a very nice service standard, even for the international standard. The facilities are soso, and the location is a little remote with few restaurants around, but everything else was beyond expectation.

Staffs Matter: Excellent Service”

The staffs there were so kind and they treat you as their families. They were so willing to show their helping hands when necessary and the experience of staying in the hotel was awesome. The room are big and tidy and the bed were extremely comfortable. Only 5mins taxi ride , can we easily access to the town : so convenient.

Bataar and Tonga were so accomodating. They arranged early check in and late check out because of train schedule. Tonga arranged a great guided tour. Very quiet......firm matresses made for a great night's sleep!! The hotel seemed very new and was very well maintained. I give it my unqualified recommendation!!!!

best customer service I have ever had”

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. It is located near the railroad station and a staff member met us at 5am with a free ride back to the hotel. They proceeded to let us check into our rooms early and even gave us breakfast that first day. This exemplary customer service continued throughout our stay. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to show us the city. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for great customer service, a clean and comfortable room, and convenient access to the train station.

Disappointing at best.”

Extremely disappointing - I have no idea how this hotel was given a 4 star rating. The power was off and on for 3 days, the internet was worse. Food services were not available the hours advertised in the hotel brochure. Each morning the meal was the same and the fruit cups were left over from two, three and four days prior. The beef tongue served at almost every breakfast was also recycled. The hotel advertises that it is close to downtown but it is not and with the traffic, a real struggle to navigate easily.
