Lovely Hotel with Accommodating Staff
Benikea Hotel Yeosu is a lovely hotel with really kind and accommodating staff. Guests enjoyed the comfortable clean room, patio, and excellent view. The bathroom is very large, and getting into town is quite convenient as the bus stop is only a few hundred meters away. The assistant front desk manager was very kind and gladly helped guests order chicken to their room. This hotel is highly recommended for a three-day vacation to Yeosu, and guests would stay here again if they return to the area.

Clean and comfortable”
I loved how clean the facilities are, this is the most important factor when I reserve accommodation. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable. All of the staff members that I've encountered are very friendly and super helpful. The wifi in our room was a bit slow so I called the front desk and they resolved it immediately - they are superb! I initially booked for 1 night and now have extended my stay for another 5 nights!

Traveling a month in Korea, thus staying in many different hotels throughout. Mr. Moon, Bong Goon, the manager at the Benikea Hotel was very impressive with his professionalism in assisting us. The breakfast was good. The rooms are large and the view is good! Best value!

The bathroom...”
The bathroom is very large. The shower is huge and the water pressure is FANTASTIC! Also hot water almost instantly. Can be too hot so adjust carefully. Bathroom could use a counter for placing travel toiletries.

We enjoyed the comfortable clean room and the patio and the view. The assistant front desk manager was very kind and gladly helped us order chicken to our room. The only thing I would recommend is that they fix the shower as the water comes out so strongly that it goes underneath the shower door and floods the bathroom floor. The strong water pressure was nice though!

Nice place in good location ”
Ocean view was very nice. When we walked into the room the AC seems wasn't working but when the kind staff was trying to check and asked us to leave the AC on while we are gone for your so he can make sure if the AC was working properly. The AC was working fine when we returned to the room. I just took some time to cool off the room. The bed was very comfortable.

There is a nice sea facing view in the day, and the lighting is good. The room is spacious too. The only downside is that you have to pay for bottled mineral water.

When traveling a good mattress is must. It can influence how one’s decision when it comes to referring others to the hotel or considering to use the same branch. I think the beds were not comfortable enough. And that’s what I remember. The shower would also clog up quickly.
