The quality of the resort is superb especially for Malaysian standards. Whether you are looking for peace n quietness or trekking n adventure it is available. Staff is fantastic and even beers & wines are available in this very conservative area. Simply ask Chandran to provide a solution. Perfect Stay”
The price is slightly expensive but I assured that it will be a perfect night, the room are very clean and everything is in good conditions. The facilities are very good too and trust me, you will be super relax over there with great peace, but of course there will be still some vehicle noise there as the main road is just beside. This is definitely a great stay for us and we really enjoy a lot, the services is also very good and one more highlights, there food didn't disappointed us at all. As you all know, there are a lot of resort where there food are really not that good, but this resort really did it very well. Definitely will come back again for the peacefulness and everything! Thumbs up for this resort!

Best stay of my round island cycling trip ”
This is one of the most wanted to visit place when I was planning for my trip and it didn’t fail me. The room is top of its benchmark, the surrounding rain forest set up was very relaxing. Chandra the hotel manager took the time to explain to us the 3D2N excursion but we didn’t have the time to try, he also shared with us what to expect for our next day cycling trip to titiwangsa. No regrets! Will come again if I have the chance!

Hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. We missed the main boat tour and Mr. Hanafi (receptionist) quickly arranged a private one for us for the same price! We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan coming back next year

We were staying here during cny, away from town. Enjoy the greeneries view very much and the stay in the superior room was so fabulous that we would like to go there again next time! Have had sufficient rest and relaxing over there away from the hussle and bussle cities. You can even medidate and contemplate the way you wanted, accompanied by the cicadas symphonies. Recommended to anyone who loved to rest their mind completely and then recharged! Thanks for the hospitality and the friendliness offered.

Stayed 2 nights during chinese new year. Overall experience was good and the room that provided was very comfortable and clean. As it located in the middle of forest reserve and the nearest town is approximately 45km away, wish there is more choices of F&B and perhaps a convenient store in the resort to buy some snacks or drink.

Worth your money”
We purposedly travel from Johor Bahru to Belum Rainforest Resort. The place is well maintained. Took a room without breakfast and enjoyed our breakfast near jetty at Pulau Banding. View of Temenggor Lake was breathtaking even haze. Worth it!

Nice place to go if u like forest n peace! The hornbill restaurant really needs an upgrade .. menu n taste out!! N better buy some food from 7/11 b4 going there as no shops nearby! We took the halfday tour n it was fun!! Can go once!! A lot to learn abt forest here n its an adventure!!

There's good and bad”
For the good.. the environment is so relax and far from noisy. So it suit for those who want to stay far from city. For the bad.. late check-in.. you ask customer to request anything but when i ask for Early check-in, the room its not ready..but its okay since i also arrived a bit late which sharp at 3o'clock due to traffic jam.. but still my room its not ready.. and one of the staff ask me to wait at least 20mins.. okay then, but i wait more that 40mins, along the 40mins there's no drinks or snack..at least served us plain water while waiting for the room..and when we want to checkout.. and yes i checkout a bit late since i was check in late.. they said they want to charge me because of the late.. when you make us wait almost 1hour..we didn't ask for any discount..so please improve for this part.. and my suggestion.. you guys need to have at least 24hours room service or might be need to have small kiosk 24hours.. because when late night..you need something like snack or what..you need to go out from the resort which takes 1hour..and need to cross dark road to reach at petrol station kiosk.. thats all from me.
