had a good time in bb hotel. great service from the staff. bb hotel is situated right on the kaen na korn lake. perfect spot for those who like to do a walk in the morning and evening. the room is simple, clean and equipped with free wi-fi. the location of bb may not be ideal for those who don't have a car, howver public bus does pass this way. 550 baht, this hotel is well priced and up to the local standard.

Hotel was ok, rooms ok, but advertised room service food was not available, but had noodles and snacks downstairs for purchase. Staff were not very helpful. Is around the big lake in khon kaen ad good for sightseeing, temple also close by. Bathroom didnt have a seperate shower so when bathing everything in the bathroom would get wet. Overall ok hotel for the price

nice clean and quiet hotel. situated by the lake. Staff are very nice. Breakfast were 65 bath per person but better to go around the conner to get a better one.

Basic Hotel for One Night Stay”

Stayed at this budget on the recommendation of a friend who lives nearby. We were planning a drive to Laos the next day so the hotel was convenient. As expected, the hotel was basic but clean and the staff person was amicable and helpful. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance - good Indian restaurant just down the road. There is an incredible array of bonsai trees in the garden area of the hotel.

Extra fees! No hot water!”

Very disappointed with extra fees. I was allowed a late check out only to discover an extra charge. Then the manager wastes 30 min of my time on the phone to confirm the charge and all the while no hot water in shower. Will not return.

ソンティオに乗って学校からこのゲストハウスまでは20Bで来れます。 逆にこのゲストハウスから町（ロイヤルガーデン）までも20Bです。 私が利用したときは主にタイ人ばかりでした。 ゲストハウスからロイヤルガーデンまでちなみに歩いてみたら2時間半かかりました。8kmから9kmあって途中、暑いので水分補給やら食糧補給やらで20B浪費します。ｗ
