On first day we lost our luggage when the plane arrived Mongolia. The host help us to call to the airline and arrange all our things of the baggage. How sweet it is! Wifi was intermittent. Room was clean and had all the necessities i needed. Room service was affordable and well made. Breakfast is a set menu, not buffet style. Only gripe, check in staff spoke very poor english, made it difficult to arrange taxi transport or ask questions about the locality.
