Conveniently located near Nasi Pakistan no.1 & bus terminal, this hotel offers easy access to top attractions. With excellent location & positive reviews, guests can expect a great stay experience.
The central location of this hotel is ideal, but please note that there is no lift. Some guests complained about noise pollution and issues with the bathroom and air conditioner. However, guests with mobility difficulties or heavy luggage may find it unsuitable here.

Family room located at 3rd floor, no lift, will be difficult if travel with elderly. The family room was an inter-connect room. Location was great, near to all place of attraction, food, bus terminal and etc. Only complain was the bathroom water heater was not functioning, no wall hanger in bathroom, the main door lock was kinda loose and wobbling but still able to lock. Giving the price and ease of access of the location, still worth it if you are ok will the above described condition.

Strategic location, as it's close to the bus station. There are also nearby mamak stalls for food. The downside is that there are only 2 TV channels, no clothes hangers in the bathroom, and the wall seems to have a bit of damage without a window in the room. If you want to iron, you have to leave the room for that, which is nice too. But for a night or two of sleep, it's just okay; the room is quite cramped. It's a bit difficult to pray.

The room is cheap but i can see the hotel operator try to provide the as best condition as possible. But maybe due to the old building and old aircond the room takes time to cool. The toilet was clean but water pool for some times after every shower. This is room 203. All in all, it can be improved. Take note. Room V jalan jenang got no lift while Room V jalan sultanah got lift according to the receptionist.
Near bus station. No lifts and our room located on the third floor. Room a bit dusty, floors are not cleaned properly which is a disappointment for Muslim travelers like us. Room a bit narrow, limited space to pray. Bathroom has hot water which is nice. Good enough for a short transit stay.

I booked a Standard Deluxe Room with City View online, but upon check-in I was given a room without any window. The room itself was very clean — credit to the housekeeping team for keeping everything in tip-top condition. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning external unit was facing the restaurant’s exhaust fan, which caused the entire room to be filled with unpleasant cooking and frying odour. I requested to change to the window room I originally booked, but was told it was an error with the online listing and that all Standard rooms come without windows. Given the odour problem, I asked if I could be moved to another room. The receptionist was understanding and offered me an upgrade. I paid RM10 extra to move to the second floor, and this room was much nicer and more comfortable. Overall: Pros: Cleanliness is excellent, upgraded room was comfortable. Cons: Misleading online booking description, unpleasant odour in the first room, and extra charge just to get a proper room. This experience left me feeling a bit disappointed as my initial booking was not honored as described. However, I do appreciate the staff’s effort to resolve the issue quickly with an upgrade.
