Great value for price ”
We stayed in room 613 and it had AC and fan with a remote. Very convenient. Room stayed cool. There was sooo much sunlight in the room. the actual Hotel is in a different place than the sign and they don't have a scooter rental so you rented from a koh Tao scooters on the other side of the island. Two negatives about this property is the staircase and the mattress. The mattress is springy it and not at all soft. You can feel the springs.

Very clean, modern and spacious. Great for a solo traveler or persons without children. There will be noise from the opposite bar until around 1am (so as long as you are ok with that). The service was also excellent as they changed my dirty sheets immediately when requested. Also, best value for money on koh tao!

Staying in koh Tao over Christmas, myself and my sister we're a little scared about what to expect!! But we shouldn't of been at all. Bans was excellent and would definelty return. Rooms we're spacious, cleaned daily(change of bed sheets, towels ect & bottle of water). The location was just what we wanted too. Close to the action but everything close (Choppers Bar, Pub Crawl) quietened down at around midnight so if you wanted a early night it was perfect too. Close to all best night spots, (lotus bar, sunset ect). All in all just what we wanted and a little bit more, just wish the weather was better!!!!

The hotel is located upstairs of a building at the end of the walking street of Sairee beach. You can easily walk from one place to another. It's very convenient but can be very noisy at night too. Facilities provided bu the hot shower didn't work. They got two different locations and still managed to drop me off at the wrong one. I asked for the shuttle service to the pier at 930. They arrived early at 9ish when I didn't finish packing yet and rushed me saying the driver can't wait. I wasn't even late yet!

The place looks very new”
This location is very near to bars and pubs. If you want a quiet night, this place is not recommended for you. My stay here for one night was super good, the bed was very comfortable and cheaper food options and 7-11 is close by. The price of the property goes up and down. I got a good deal at approximately 600 THB. This place has no elevator, so your luggage needs to be carried by you to the room, the free amenities are water bottle, coffee, hot water etc.

Great location, nice room”
The showers do not drain well at all. The staff never cleaned my room once. I tried leaving the sign on at all hours of the day over the course of a week long stay. There were definitely ants on the floor. Bed was comfortable and the location was incredible for me. Right across from choppers in Sairee Beach. it can be loud at times, but it's pretty quiet by midnight.

Good location but noisy at night”
Nice newly built hotel. It was very clean and almost brand new. The location is in the middle of Sairee Beach and close to everything. But it is very noisy at night, the club "choppers" is opposite the street and it was almost like they party outside our room. The reception is often empty, dont know where the staff was sometimes.. not goood.

Nice and new but way to loud at night (even with ear plugs)”
The hotel is really nice and rooms are clean and new. Came with water, coffee, tea and kettle. The 2 star rating is based on the nightly noise and terrible wifi. The noise generally comes from the chopper bar which hosts a 4 night a week pub crawl and live bands. You will need ear plugs and that might not be enough. The wifi is open but requires a login - it will disconnect you every 5 minutes constantly requiring you to login again and again and again. They need to just password protect it to fix the problem for its clients. Beds were alittle hard and slanted to the middle. The location itself is very close to the beach, food, cafes and dive shops. It is ashame about it's short comings as it has so much potential. We didn't use the room cleaning services but we did see them making up rooms everyday (saw some reviews that indicated other wise). I would not recommend this hotel nor would not stay again (we found a nicer place at the same price to extend our stay).

Excellent”
Really clean place. Loud at times because of the construction and the bar across the street. The wifi was really bad and kicked you off every few minutes so streaming a movie wasn't an option when it rained. The staff was really nice and the room was really great for the price. Super cold AC that wasn't key based (as a lot of places are) and even a fan. The power did go out a lot, but there were guys working on the lines. Stayed at another place the next day and that wasn't an issue. They have western toilets and hot showers, but the water doesn't drain from the showers.

Awful customer service”
Location was perfect in the middle of it all, beach was only 2 minutes away.. Rooms were big and very clean. Beds were very comfortable.. My boyfriend and I loved our stay but the customer service was awful.. They didn't help with anything.. We had to go to the hotels next door to book our taxi and boat rides because they were so useless.

Stay away, stay well away!”
In a word terrible. Its part of the bans diving enterprise that is everywhere on Koh Tao, the resort up the road isn't too bad but this place is a mess. First of all the supposedly complimentary pickup from the ferry was no where to be seen so we had to fork out for our own taxi. Upon arrival the lady at reception managed to prise her attention away from her phone for a couple of moments to throw our key at us and say "top floor!" The room itself was quite clean and not a bad size, everything was still covered in plastic wrapping and clearly not quite ready for guests. There is no wifi in the rooms despite what the advert says, only in the lobby despite there being a wifi router on every floor. Every night the bars opposite blast out chucky house until 2am, which when there are no front doors or security, the hotel is a bit of a free for all for anyone to wonder in and crash on the floor (we had some random dry heaving outside our door at 2:30 one night) On check out we complained about some of these issue's to the bundle of joy on reception who told us "dont worry, you didn't pay very much for this place!" and continued playing angry birds. Actually its one of the more expensive places on Koh Tao and you pay for the inconvenience of these problems listed above. Carry on your search for a hotel and avoid this like the plague!

Hard to find Signage of the Hotel”
Everything was great except the the part where we were looking for the hotel. Waze was not helping & the hotel didnt have any proper signage. Spent nearly 1 hour searching for the hotel. Ended up at Bans Diving Centre which only told us where exactly it was.

Burger room, right on party corner!”
Great price for backpacker budget. Very very noisy until approx 1.30am every night! Great location for partying. Good spot and fab facilities for price if you can sleep through the madness!

Clean rooms. Staff speak little english. You can use ban resort pools whenever you like. Bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell to it once in a while. Would go back though because of location.
