アクセスが不便”

内湾駅前はタクシーが１台のみでいないこともある。竹東駅からの方が遠いがアクセスは確実だと思う。帰りはホテルでタクシーを呼んでもらうしかない。 付近は山の中なので何もない。食事はホテル内で取るしかないが、朝食時間が８：００～９：００、夕食時間が１７：３０～１９：３０と限られている。朝食の種類は少ない。 露天風呂は閉鎖されている。水火同源は火と水が出ている時と、まったく出ていない時とあり、人工的な感じがした。

依舊放鬆👍”

屬於森林中的溫泉飯店，也就是要有接受大自然環境心裡。 泡湯不在房間裡，半開放式的，可以拉下窗簾...也可以邊泡湯...邊感受戶外的涼爽。 床單乾淨...去了兩次都不曾癢過。 早餐簡單...但也算有誠意...濃郁的豆漿、必備的沙拉、滷肉飯好吃。 步道可以去走走...可以放鬆的好去處。 已經去三次了，有空還是會再去住宿。

鱘龍魚套餐好吃”

伙房很棒，早餐簡單但味道很好；另外晚餐加點的鱘龍魚套餐好吃，而且園區算大可以慢慢爬登山步道。訂到半露天溫泉房，很喜歡山景，山裡面有蟲蟲跑來跑去很正常可接受，下雨天因為是拉門所以雨聲蠻大的希望能加強隔音。硬體偏舊，期望硬體像加賀屋的就請去住加賀屋哦，一分錢一分貨 ^ ^

原訂一張雙人床的房型 不知是不是被升等 入住的是兩張雙人床+半露天浴池 如果是升等的話 很謝謝旅館！ 整體住起來還不錯 有機會會想再次入住 溫泉水是屬於無色無味的 房間該有的都有 早餐中規中矩 沒什麼失望的地方～

可惜了一個好好的度假村”

住宿室外陽台泡湯區有蟲無可厚非，但連房間內也一堆就有點誇張。一進門地上一堆蟲的屍體和灰塵，電視櫃上面一隻小隻的死蟑螂，連浴巾上面都是蟲的屍體，讓人懷疑到底多久沒住人?@@ 馬上反映給櫃檯人員有得到會馬上清理的回應，但清理後其實還是很髒.... 還好棉被跟床算是乾淨的，不然真的無法住下去。 其實整體環境如果好好維持是可以成為一個很棒的度假村，但這次的經驗真的不好，之後應該不可能會再去了，真的很可惜.....

本以為價位高之定價，品質會較好。可是房間較為老舊，連衣櫃也沒有。充滿期待的渡假村，完全沒有好的CP值，若以此品質價位應較低。

設施沒什麼在維護，房間床單和枕頭髒，溫泉熱度不足提醒兩次才說鍋爐問題需等近半小時再使用，最誇張的是，房間入住了洗髮和沐浴瓶是用完的空罐通知後才補…這樣的價位和品質，不會再來訪！

環境清幽，適合放鬆”

超適合睡覺的，一家人吃完晚餐就想睡覺了，因溫泉池未開放，晚上靜悄悄的，只能看電視睡覺了。睡的真不錯
