"The hotel has a beautifull design, good food, and friendly staff. But those are the only good things I can say, they had 1 restaurant in the hotel which was fully booked every night so as hotel guest there was not many options, but the lounge menu. Everywhere in the hotel can smoke. The bathroom in the bedroom is overflowing after each shower super annoying, also after they cleaned the room, the room was everything BUT clean, dust everywhere. No hot water cooker, worst pillows ever! All the lighting in the room get hot like heathers, which after a couple hours in the room makes it feel like 30 degrees. And it was very clear the hotel was understaffed. "
