Nice hotel”

Transportation is available on site. You can choose either taxi or rent motorbike there (Cheaper than outside, I checked) The staffs are friendly and try to satisfy my request. Hotel is close to airport, Khon Kaen University, and not far from Central Plaza (shopping mall). Inside the room is clean. big bed, clean bathroom. I like the view outside balcony. More importantly, the price is very cheap compare to other hotel around that area. I would recommended.

The price is very reasonable for 590฿/night. The location is good, I can walk to Khon Kaen University very easy. There are many restaurant near by the site. Front lady was kind. She helped me find a cap even in the early morning. The bathroom is very clean. However, parking spot is pretty limited. Beside, I would come here again definitely!

Budget hotel with clean room”

The cost for staying at this hotel is considered inexpensive as compared to its room standard. A bed is large and soft. A bathroom is also big and comfortable. However, the major disadvantage of this hotel is its location. Even though it is located in the area of Khon Kaen University, it is far from the city center. Without a car, it is very difficult for anyone to go to the city center.

Most welcoming and helpful staffs i have ever encounted in the history of lodging in hotels. They are the epic of care, concern, love and services. I wish i had more words to discribe thier loving generousity and services. They are 100 stars in my heart. I will come again

Big clean room”

the hotel was hard to find, no taxi driver or tuk tuk seemed to know where it was, we finally got to the hotel and checked it and hour after getting to the bus station. the room was big and clean with a nice bathroom. we got a taxi to the plaza which the receptionist called for us. the next day we walked to the pullmans hotel where we rented a motorbike from close by and used this to travel around. reception staff had basic english except one man who was very helful.

Nice room but further location”

those who want to stay here need to be able to speak a little thai.self transport is also an added convenience. taxis are available when you talk to the counter staff. counter staff are friendly and try to accomodate to my request. they also have laundry service as well. prompt service. bad point is they do not provide airport concierge service. overall,i would brush up my thai and get my own transport in order to stay here.

No so good location, but Good Service.”

This is a 4-storey walk-up apartment, so there's no lift. If you have problems walking up staircases, this may not be an ideal place for you. Plus, it's located in the midst of a new village/shanty-like place. It's like "A Tale of Two Cities!" However, despite all these shortcomings,the service is excellent. In fact, as a sign of appreciation, I even gave the staff/receptionists a big bar of chocolates!

Agoda booking and check in”

Booking a double bed but there is only twin bed room avaliable at the check in, but some guest who make a resevation for double bed didn't show, so i can check in for double bed room. Hotel staff may not prepare a room as booking from agoda.

No lifts, plenty of insects, floods when rain”

Till date they still do not have lifts so i carried my luggage to 3rd floor, plenty of insects, floods outside the hotel when rain, WIFI was down for half a day without any solution for me and didn't even call me when it was restored. My TV reception was terrible on the second night onwards, but they couldn't do anything about it. No signs of apologies - if they provided free breakfast I would compliment them on their service.

The room is clean enough to sleep but in bathroom there're many dirty spots especially along fissure sealant such as black mold and soap scum.
