Low Budgeted Hotel”

The Hotel located near the Karon Temple Market, quite dark area due to heavily surrounded with Trees. But the good thing is secure parking area for Bikes, and Car. Almost everything is reachable for quick bite. Karon beach is at walking distance around 800 meter. Hotel facility is limited, based on the pricing and I think it's fair enough for such budgeted Resort. It is good to drop your bags and spend nights only!!!

Hidden gem in Karon beach”

We moved here from a bigger resort due to flights being cancelled after covid19, we went for the studio rooms, very tasteful decorated and if I knew it before I would hv stayed here instead of other resort. Recommend it, 2mn walk from restaurants supermarket beach scooter hire temple etc.

Good location and big room”

I will take my family here next time! It is close to the Karon beach. There are many restaurants and stores around. Only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Nice staff!

Good for money, but!!”

It's a very good hotel (for its price of course, nobody expect 5 stars for that price) in a quiet location. It is not too far from the beach [10min] and another one point — Wat Suwan Khirikhet [3min] — there is a temple market and many festivals and holidays take place here (in the Temple, not in the hotel). WIFi, fridge (very important in Thailand), safe box, free coffee/water (every day), access to the pool and many more — everything is there I had an ambiguous feeling about the STAFF. I arrived early, so they helped me to feel comfortable until the check-in time. Though in the evening of the same day they told me that the pool is closed after 9 PM (it is not true), but next day when the other manager was there, we had a tiny quiet-pool-party till 3 AM without any problem... AND YES, sometimes there are INSECTS in the room (not mosquitos, but COCKROACHes) and not-mine single black hairs are still present

Really spacious and clean room (new building). Great Wi-Fi an a/c, good water pressure. Huge fridge, very functional and well equipped kitchen. Daily cleaning and new towels. Shampoo and soap too. A little bit walking to the beach, but we rented a motor bike from the hotel with reasonable price. Night market very close, as many restaurants too. Would definitely stay again.

Liked the location of this hotel, minutes away from the main highstreet in Karon. The room itself was a good size, well furnished and clean. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. The pool was a good size but could definitely do with a clean. Laundry took half a day longer than we were told it would take which wasn't ideal as we didn't have any clean clothes. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water pipes throughout out stay which meant that we had intermittent water on the first day and then no running water for days 2 and 3. Not a lot that could be done about it which is unfortunate but did affect our stay. Staff friendly and apologetic about it which helped but still, water was needed.

Haunted ROOM - B6”

stay away from B6. we kept hearing knocking sound from rest room through out our stay. We booked 2 rooms, got b5 and b6 but b6 was really weird. No problem with b5. Resort was not clean with construction work going around. swimming pool is not how it looks in image. just half the size. In house kitchen was closed most of the time and these was a lot of ants in the room. But given the price you can not ask for everything :) But do stay away from b6

A lovely little hotel, great location, friendly staff and good facilities. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean. We were sad to leave!

Great value, new room, good quality ”

We were lucky to have the room in a new building where everything was brand new and the room was fully equipped and clean.

It’s acceptable. ”

It’s alright staying here for a short period of time or if you’re just coming back after a night out to sleep. 1) It’s very cheap. 2) There’s a pool. (Looks okay) Maybe if you’re someone whose very particular with the toilet cleanliness/prefer a fancy toilet, then don’t come here. (But the toilet is alright, it’s not dirty.) - Good for short stay, backpacker, someone who is on a tight budget. 5 minutes walk or less , you’ll arrive at the restaurant by the road side. Near to the beach too. Receptionist was very friendly! :)

Ideal location”

Very close to most amenities/bars and not far from the beach. Room very basic and extremely uncomfortable bed. Didn't sleep very well here. I would not have liked to stay for any longer than 3 nights due to this.

Nice suprise”

stayed there just for 1 night, but compared to a lot of other ones, this is where i'll be staying next time. Other quests were nice and peaceloving also, so defitinely a good place.

The staffs were nice. We were given the last room at the swimming pool view. The room was clean. But the facilities were a little old.

Done the essential stuff well and the staff were very helpful and polite. We had an issue with our electricity but they fixed in quickly. The pool was a nice extra. Slightly off the main streets but only a 10 minute to the beach so was really good.

Not good for travellers with toddlers”

The floor and bed sheets were clean, but everything else was very dusty (especially bathroom door). We needed a quite place to stay for a couple of days with our 2 y.o. daughter and she hurt her knees every time she climbed off the bed. The floor in the shower is very slippery and black long hair is all over it! The water tap was broken.
