Located steps from the 15th-century Gur Emir Complex in historic centre of Samarkand city, this family hotel features free Wi-Fi. Guests of B&B Emir benefit from the central location, as Samarkand’s main attractions are within a walking distance from the property. The UNESCO-listed Registan Complex is 10 minutes’ walk away. Close to Gur Emir Temur, just a few steps away. Hotel is clean but don’t expect much.

Above average”

DO NOT TAKE A TAXI WITH THEM!! A reception staff quoted USD 10 (85,000som) to the train station when it should only cost 15,000-20,000som (4X overcharge)!! (the next shift's reception staff quoted USD 5, still an 2X overcharge) I suspect it is a private arrangement with friends or family. A reception staff quoted 20,000som for luggage deposit after 5pm, quite ridiculous if you are staying in the dorm - 20% of the price. After the staff changed shift at 6pm, the next reception staff did not mention that there was a fee. It is quite clear the 2 male reception staff were trying to CHEAT TOURISTS. Great breakfast spread at 8am. Would have to request for custard & cream puffs; and large amounts of fruits, tomatoes & cucumbers if they haven't prepared them before 8am. Large communal areas, clean rooms with solid beds, and air-conditioning. weak WiFi and BAD INTERMITTENT INTERNET connection despite low occupancy at time of stay. Easy quick access via Amir Temur Mausoleum. Gravel and mud roads (via residential areas to Registan) makes access easier for backpacking than luggages with wheels.

Friendly and good place ”

It is only one minute walk to Emir Timur memorial. Good and clean rooms with a bathroom. Not many restaurants around, nearest one is 15 min walk which is not too bad. Registan is also 15 min walk where all the most important sites to see.

Once and never again!”

Our pet peeve were the water pressure and the WIFI during our stay. Honestly, the water pressure in the shower was so low that it took forever to get properly cleaned after a long day out. The WIFI quality was abysmal. Totally non-existent in the room. Breakfast was simple but adequate, bit for the fussy though. This was the only acceptable part of the stay really. If the management is really serious in providing good service, they have to work on the water and the WIFI.

Great place”

I have tried one other place in Samarkand before going to Emir's, and for the same price Emir is much better. The facilities are clean and well decorated. The common area is comfortable and big. The staff was nice and helpful with us. I'd definitely go back.

一人旅で利用しました。 この旅ではドミトリーが多かったので、一人部屋で安心して寝ることが出来ました。 オーナーも優しく、朝ごはんも現地の料理をお腹いっぱい食べることができ、良いステイになりました。 お兄さんが外のベンチで電車までの時間を潰していると、寒いからと中のソファに案内してくれ、暖かい部屋で待たせてくださったのが有難かったです。

トータルでオススメの宿です！”

夜中3時くらいに着いたのですが、きちんと対応してもらえました、 グル・アミール廟のすぐ近くなので場所は分かりやすく、またレギスタン広場からも歩いて10分くらいなので両方の夜景を見に行くのにも便利です。朝食もおいしく、内装もかわいかったです。ベッド横にコンセントがあり、カーテンがあったのが有難かったです。

Лучшее соотношение цены качества и гостеприимства ! Прекрасные хозяева . Все есть .Чистые номера не маленький санузел . Все очень понравилось . Рекомендую этот отель для экскурсионного Самарканда . Бронируйте через агоду ( лучшая цена ). Хорошие завтраки .Чай целый день сколько хочеш . Действительно чисто уютно и фантастическое месторасположение прямо в центе центров туристических мест .
