Nice view and perfect for families”
We had an awesome stay at Ayana Holiday House. It fits 9 people. There were 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 4 toilets, outdoor porch, dining table. There is a nice cafe, Lily’s Cottage just 1 min walk away. The hot water must be on for awhile for the hot water to come out. But we just boiled water for our shower. It was very cold at night! There were a few bugs but it wont come in unless u leave the windows open. There were stray dogs but they were friendly and wont chase you. The resort also have cats! One of them accompanied us on the walkway to the parking area. The morning view was truly amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will come back! Hair dryer and iron is not provided so u will have to bring ur own. Overall, it was an amazing stay. The staffs were polite and nice as well. We called them to let them know to refill the gas in our kitchen and its filled up by the time we were back. Cant wait to be back!

+ Peaceful environment + Plenty of carpark + Friendly staff + Easy access to eateries (Lily Cottage & Restaurant just beside) + Cleanliness + Comfy bed + Blackout curtain + Always cooling temperature (good to sleep/ resting) + Smart TV provided with some movies in pendrive, even no TV channel -Stairs. Not the scariest stairs, but might be a problem for elderly or bad knees people (what can do as the resort is build at hillside), but no worries the stairs have handle and well paved, just take your sweet time and enjoy the view. -Some part no shelter. When raining you will need umbrella and with big/ heavy luggage and going up/down the stairs will be a challenge

View from the room is so peaceful and nice. No breakfast was served in this premises. Next to this resort you will find a small café so finding foods is not problem here. Room was clean and all the basic amenities is there. Do give it a try.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY”
We had a wonderful staycation at this place. The room that we booked was really clean and comfortable. The best part was that we had our own balcony and little felines came accompanied our relaxing morning. Unfortunately, we faced electricity problem during our stay here (from midnight till morning) but the staff was helpful enough to give us hot water, so we were able to enjoy our morning coffee :) Overall this place is amazing! (just need to be ready with the uncountable stairs, but it's worth it :) Thanks Ayana!

beautiful view in the morning, very cold for Malaysian😂.A good place to stay away from noisy city. A little far from the center of Kundasang but it is fine if there is someone likes to drive long distance. They help to keep the baggage after check-out which is very helpful!

Bad luck for us, but amazing hospitality and facility ”
Had black outs for whole kundansang for our 1 night stay. Ayana had solar powered LED throughout the facility, making the walkway more then bright and safe for walkinv. Even the room and toilet is ready with emergency battery powered down light. Since the blackout was whole area wide, there is nothing the hotel could do, but they still managed to knock on the door to provide additional candle just in case.

Love the room, the helpful staff, the ambience, the view, the location, the facilities. But hate the stairs. It's a big no if you have an elderly with you. But it's okay for young people or kids. ♥️

Nice but quite a distance from Pekan Kundasang”
The facilities were great and the staff were so helpful and friendly, but it was tough having to carry our luggage up and down the hill. It was rainy season so we appreciate the roof over the walking path towards parking. There's a restaurant beside the parking where you can dine in. You need to travel by car to other restaurants. The view is quite okay.

Great place, not suitable for the disabled”
The place is great and pretty; and the staff were very friendly. Lovely cats were around so it was very nice! Definitely recommend! However, because of the flights of stairs, as of right now the place is not suitable for those who are not able to go up and down flights of stairs (there are not ramps as of now). Male sure to check on that before you book if any family members are disabled.

Booked holiday house with 3 bedrooms with 4 toilets. Got water heater, the view were so nice and cold too even without aircond or fan. Its also very clean. Totally worth it stay with big family.

Great spot for weekend trip”
Room was clean and facilities are working, just the steps down to the superior room are steeps. For traveler don't want to walk the long staircase can choose Deluxe Room or Holiday Hse. Recommend to checkout Kloud restaurant which is 200m away from Ayana.

Nice room with breathtaking view! Few restaurants nearby. No lift, all stairs, if you are having big luggage/stroller can be quite troublesome.

For those who wants to hike Kinabalu, this place is just 1.5km away from Kinabalu Park (counter registration).. Bedore hike yes you can stay here, but not after haha cos too many stairs..
