Favourite Hotel in PD”
Finally after 2years+ we're back again for our long due vacation after baby delivery yayyy. This hotel has been our favourite and so far semua OK dan sama mcm dulu, only difference is the sops and few other things. So far semua staffs baik² and helpful. Im happy that the same reception staff still there (ms zila) was so helpful and attentive to our needs..another one was mr hafiz if not mistaken. Not to forget including the security guard too (alamak didnt get his name). Check-in was smooth and alhamdulillah we are truly greatful for our 'slight' early check-in (bcos we have small baby). Ms zila also offer babycot so i pun ok bolehhh.. They also allow our 6yo daughter to have a swim while waiting for our room. Our room is big and super clean with big bed with partial view of the beach nextdoor.. Bathroom is squeaky clean-terbaik! However tv remote got problem but it's ok we have our handphones lol... So now we are enjoying the room and resting.. Overall, everything is perfect! Looking forward for tomorrow's breakfast, hope it wont dissapoint :) P/s : Not sure why people are complaining here but i guess it's based on rezeki masing².. 🤷♀️ Overall, recommended and worth for mid-class range stay (Rm160-250/night stay). If have more budget, stay elsewhere la like lexis hibiscus-just my 2cents 😁

Great view”
Room was spacious and very clean. Cafe food was good too. Breakfast was ok but disappointed that they did not serve freshly made omelette. The management should inform in advertising or chat that to prepare details of vaccination and IC numbers. So annoying to have guests fill up forms and request information especially when travelling with the elderly that cannot really walk and poor memory. Should inform guests to prepare ahead!!!! The receptionist also should not interfere giving instructions to family members without consent! The receptionist instruct my parents to go by themselves to 8th floor while I was out to get parking!!! They don’t even have keys and could have lost they way. Old people have Alzheimer’s and poor memory! Don’t simply give instructions to old people unless it’s an emergency. Otherwise just allow them to have a seat at the lobby. That’s all!! Pls put limit to your lift and have Covid SOP for lift. Your lift is way toooo small and people pushing in like a can of sardines! Have some SOP please. Same goes during buffet, no SOP was followed. Have some markings and social distance reminders. Staff also should be supervising this. People also pulling chairs like mamak style.. with so many people sitting close in one table. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Restaurants was nearby too.

Close to beach, pool, good view, convenient to order GrabFood, close to foodstalls ”
They are short staffed and our room wasn’t ready till 5.15pm. Check in is at 3pm. As of early Nov, swimming pool is only open at 9am-6pm and there’s a cap to the number of people during each half hour slot. Too crowded to our liking. So we walked that 5 minutes to the beach (5 mins leisurely walk from the lobby to the private beach to the side of the hotel), the small gate opens till 11pm and then it will close after that to keep the safety of the hotel residents. Water wasn’t too rough and the waves were gentle. Sand was soft and white enough. Good for kids to dig and build sandcastles. Be prepared for long queue especially during check in. Fill up the form at the entrance - the covid vax indemnity form as required per the SOP for C19. Overall a good stay and a good break away from the home life. Lockdown for nearly 2 years. Hotel buffet breakfast was standard, no egg/omelette station like 2 years ago but it’s okay. Suitable for Asian palate. Bed spring still strong and pillows are soft. Just some stains on duvet not sure is old or new stains but you can’t ask for more considering they were zero occupancy for months during lockdown. If hungry, just call for grabfood, collect from Lobby. If you have a car, just drive out because there are plenty of options around for food and drink. Convenient! Parking space, shaded and non shaded available. Just need to walk a bit if it’s full nearby. No worries about parking or security! Suitable for families.

We keep returning with our kids to this hotel! ”
The hotel is close to the beach, some 3 mins walk away. We always stay here for the comfortable room and bed, spacious room, the beach and the view at the cove with the yatch. Kids activity room is closed indefinitely due to covid. Swimming pool is only open until 6pm with 30 min slot booking, we skipped the pool to enjoy the beach. Breakfast is okay with mostly Asian food like Nasi lemak, fried mee, bihun or kueytiaw. With fruits and ham selection. Some pastry and “Western” sausages and baked beans etc. No egg station (where a staff fry your omelette live) like pre covid time. Bread and cereals and two juices and coffee and tea. Enough to fill up your tummy. Be prepared to fork out RM15 per pax for third and fourth person for breakfast. Can order grab food and wait at the lobby to save the hassle of travelling out for food.

Spacious and Clean”
This is the 4 @ 5th time stay at Avillion Admiral Cove with family and working.. this time i go with my family with 3 kids.. i take Executive Room (they give me the corner room with lagoon & ship view) which have king bed and additional single bed (sofa bed)... the room was spacious and clean.. Breakfast was so-so due to many customer.so i have to take my breakfast next to cafe restaurant(another function room).. i have been here on weekend & the breakfast was good compare last week i go.. Overall... the hotel i great!!!

Everything was perfect but...”
I love everything about my stay. The staff were friendly. They have tons of activities provided. Near to public beach. But... the service during breakfast buffest was chaotic. Almost no staff attended to dirty plates on tables. People need to wait for turn to use the tables. No clean cutleries provided. We need to wait for the clean ones out from the kitchen for quite a long time. Just a suggestion. Get part-timers to help. Especially during long weekend.

Old but Goldies”
The complimentary buffet breakfast was so outstanding. Just feelin bad when I can’t find ur croissant, it was so out of seen or maybe a little to late to be taken out by ur f&b crew. The room was spacious and even got movable partition inside. a bit spoilt when i found out abt the broken toilet sinki. No tub, I’ve upgraded the room from 2 single bed to a king size bed room for rm20. Staff said my room only got half ocean panorama but i think i got the best view ever. The yatch and the broad beach view! Oh! The balcony is attached inside ya, its like a huge window with grill. A just nice sofa for cuddling and a reading desk. But, please change ur curtain guys. Its not goldies. Looks like used kain kapan dii. Pillow was nicely good.

Exceptional”
Our 2nd time with the family we really enjoyed so much quality time specially at the swimming pool. It was well maintained and clean. The beach was a 5mins walking distance. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job. We strongly recommend staying here as value for your money. Looking forward to stay again for the 3rd time. Breakfast was really good. Go check out yourself.. one of the nicest hotel in PD. The pool has spectacular yatch dork view, very clean and importantly.. family with kids friendly. Beach is walking distant, clean n u hv to try the banana boat ride. We had BBQ (own setup).,. And my kos enjoy soo much.

I book 1 premium room for 2 days. But the pipe in the bathroom make noise, aircond got leaking and the door bell does not function when housekeeping ring our room's door bell. Then we make complain to the hotel's staff. And the best is they change our room to the best room with best ocean view. And it's really spacious than our past room. Facilities, room and view are really nice!”
If you are couple with young children, the room is really good. Having a small section with sink, so i can wash baby bottles easily, very nice room’s view; sea and yacht and also the sunset view. Facilities also good, there are pools for kids and adults. There are other side activities such as bicycles and ATV, and also section for kids games. Parking located at basement of building, only during peak season need to park outside building 2 mins walking distance.. Having various choice of breakfast menu..and of cos will repeat again.

Will comeback for next holiday in the future. Love the beautiful beach scenery, not crowded, swim like we own the beach, Lot of activities such as ATV, banana boat, boat cruise, jetskies, fish feeding. I have tried ATV and fish feeding was at private deck which we are the one group of three feed the fishes and do fish spa..which is not enough for us. Wish to stay again and do more activities. Breakfast also nice. Perfect. Recomended.

Had 2 nights of staying in AAC. Staff are very friendly. Room was decorated nicely as requested. Room service is fast. Having top floor room nicely facing the yatch and the sunset during the evening. Breakfast is good with various of food to be choosen from. Enjoyed the candlelight dinner on the first night. Many activities can be experienced in AAC if we have longer stay in AAC.

Only breakfast meals..should be upgraded the menu. The taste is horrible! Plus during weekends, normally it's full of people. N there seems like lack of staff. Guests have to clean the table by ourselves. Tables outside also wet . Only that is my comments. The rest is ok!!

Nice for short weekend getaway”
The room is spacious enough for 3 of us. The breakfast is delicious especially the pastry. The view is beautiful and the beach is only 5 minutes walk from hotel. We went to the beach after breakfast when there is less people. If only it wasn’t rain cats and dogs on that day it would be the best weekend getaway. Overall we had a nice relaxing day at he hotel.
