Offering magnificent views of the valley and the surrounding mountains, these new, modern and very comfortable chalet apartments are within easy walking distance of the centre of Kaprun. Located close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski lift and opposite the historic castle, Avenida Residenz an der Burg apartments are between 50 and 100 m² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people. They are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fully equipped design kitchens, large balconies, and music and video systems. They offer free high-speed internet and free parking (in a garage). A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available. A bus stop (also for the ski bus) is right in front of Avenida Residenz an der Burg, and a cross-country ski run starts right at the doorstep. A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes.
