What happened to the Sauna?”
So this place looked very interesting and it's probably been great. The biggest issues we had was the swimming pool had so much chlorine in it that it should have been closed it burned the skin and also destroyed our swimming gear. One of the main reason we booked this hotel was the promise of Sauna as we were traveling with motorbike and sauna would have been just what we needed after a long day riding, but the sauna looks like it's been closed for a long time and was a massive disappointment.

Remote, a bit too close to nature. Room was clean. AC was way too loud for comfort.”
The hotel was in a remote place with not many lightings inside the hotel, rooms, and the surroundings. The nature around us was beautiful but there was no wind to enjoy. The AC in our room was way too loud with clicking and cracking sound to the point that we could not get a good night sleep. I recommend the hotel to change to a better and newer ACs. Also, add more lightings to the place.

Amazing BUT ...”
I really want to give this resort a five star rating because of its sublime setting amongst the mountain range and adventurous architecture. The pool, the foyer and room design plus the gardens have all been laid out with courage and daring. You can tell by the photographs that it's worth a visit just to check out the stunning setting. It feels very different from any other resort. But unfortunately, I had to deduct 2 stars because I got bitten by bed bugs.

The view is nice. Hotel room is very dark with only floor lamps. No wall or ceiling lights. The room does not have enough power outlets, you basically have to choose between having lights on or charging your phone. In the morning, we told the staff to collect the bags and we went for breakfast. When we came back, the room was cleaned and checked out. Staff took all our remain stuff in the room and put outside. Not very professional.

Peaceful atmosphere, but not a beautiful landscape. Water bottle cap on floor, water drainage is bad, dust on floor, all these make me feel uncomfortable. A restaurant staff is service minded, breakfast is just normal, not impressive.

Avartarn Miracle Hotel is located quite far and isolated from the city center so it has a very calm and close to the nature environment. You can enjoy sitting and feeding fish, riding bicycle around the hotel, swimming in the mountainside pool or enjoy the moment in the Spa. Best for relax and retreat.

Good for Nature Lover!”
At the first time I saw the hotel building, I needed a refund! The color of the build was too dark and unlike as its photo in the website. It made me feel like I was in a haunted hotel. But when I was in the bedroom, I felt a lots better. The bathroom was good. The swimming pool just perfect except the salty water zone was too dirty to get in there. The scenario was good for someone who need an escape from big city. Hotel's employees quite good! Because of no signal for DTAC cellphone, I can't contact anyone outside.

wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff, great facilities”
If you are planning to spend some quiet and relaxing days in a wonderful natural setting, this is the place to go to! We spent two days and nights here and were impressed by the remoteness and peace of the hotel and its lush surroundings. The immense swimming pool is just awesome. Although some machines don't work at the fitness centre, and cobwebs here and there indicate that some rooms are rarely used, the very friendly and helpful staff did their best to make our stay very enjoyable. Thanks to everybody, we will certainly be back!

Quiet and Romance”
i would love to say that the hotel's service is really good and impress me. i spend 2 nights, one for the cottage, the room is a bit nothing interest but i dont mind any stuff in the room. the second night for the deluxe room. i love deluxe room with the outdoor bathroom because it is located on the second floor. i went to visit all facilities of the hotel. the fitness is fine, pool room is quiet good but the spa is not open. the pool is not really clean. but overall it really good

the hotel is very peaceful location with the warming service from every staff. the room and other facilities are beautiful design. the food is very delicious. spa and massage also recommend. don't forget to bring your swimming suit as you can enjoy the terrific mountain view surronding swimming pool. the bathroom design in executive suite room is anouther exciting to see.

Stylish hotel with fantastic view of mountain”
Very impressive. Although it is quite a long way drive from Bangkok ( about 3 hrs and a half) , the perfect combination of the uniquely designed room and its location are unbeatable. The hotel seems to lack of maintenance but it is fine. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Their service is great.

The very important thing at this hotel is their staffs are very nice with good trained, they made us feel comfortable to stay. All of their facilities are good, room size is ok, I love the balcony, bed size, toilet. We're thinking about to go back with some friends next time.

Avatarn was located in the historical and country area of Banrai, which was a part of UtaiTani Province. Banrai was so charming by themselves , people, temple etc. was a famous place to visit, Avatarn was made Banrai complete, due to elegance hotel and their location. Decorate of hotel was make visitor pleasant, every corner of Avatarn have been care by their staff. Perfect Place that should stay when u visit Banrai !!!

Our first time stay at Avatar and we have nothing bad to say about this place at all. If you looking for a nice and quiet place this is the one.Good food,nice spa,nice people.Since we walk in to the hotel we love everybody who work there. Bring a good book there is really nothing to do there but relax!
