It was awesome! Friendly staff and great view”

It was a great experience. It was quiet and comforting. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the food and the drinks served. My first impression was when I arrived to check in and I was served an iced cucumber punch which was so refreshing and tasty that it just made me feel at home. Aston Niu Manokwari Hotel was a home away from home for me. I will no doubt stay there if I go back for another visit.

this hotel is located in the outskirt of the Manokwari City, not so conveniently located, but you can go anywhere in the city by using an ojek (motorcycle driver whose bike you can rent) for 10,000 rupiah. the view from the hotel is great and you can see the airport's runway from the hotel's lobby, so you can leave the hotel lobby as soon as the plane landed.

Sea View special”

If you stay in the city of Manokwari then do not forget to enjoy the sea view is very special because it is located on a hill and overlooks the sea, spectacular.

For the Manokwari area, our stay at this hotel was just right for what we needed. We would stay here again.

Biz trip to Manokwari”

1. There are insect in my room 2. Facilities is not really good, such as no hairdryer, I ask them and the hairdryer not really good 3. I dont get hotel sandals, I'm too lazy to ask them, 4. I stay for 2 nights, its fine for one night if they dont completely provide sandals, but the cleaning service doesnt check one by one. I already use the shampoo, but they didnt change the new one. And also the other hotel kits. 5. AC of hotel looks so old, I let my AC room keep on around 16 degree whole day, but the room still not feel cold enough. 6. They didnt clean the bathroom well, it's remain some of mark on the floor. 7. My room have balcon, the lock door is broken

Awful Aston”

1. No desk to put my suitcase 2. air conditioning is not cool 3. The breakfast was run out at 9 am (the schedule was 6 - 10 am) 4. the staff at the restaurant was do nothing either there are dirty table, run out glass, dirty floor, etc....very bad service Final word : This is the worst aston hotel in the world i've ever stay, it is not worth it for the price they sell

There was plenty of hot water, even in the bathroom sink, not just the shower. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a lot of selections both Indonesian and Western.

Great View”

I stay here to during Business trip , as long as stay here enjoy the new experience. the weather is very great, as well as the scenery is very beautiful. overall enjoy though there are some that need to be added and improved, such as the type of food that needs to be reproduced and the slow internet connection

doesn't deserve the stars”

The hotel doesn't live to the expectation for a 4-stars hotel. The bathroom is mouldy with shampoo half-used, furniture is dusty, and you can hear next doors' chatters. Stains left on glasses and cutlery at the restaurant spoiled the menu which otherwise OK. Next day decided to move to less-stars hotel with much better maintenance and service.

AC Bocor sehingga air melimpahd i lantai kamar. sudah laporkan kepada pihak hotel tapi tidak ada perubahan. Cleaning servise tidak melakukan penggantian alat alat mandi dengan baik. bbrp alat mandi tidak dilakukan penggantian tiap hari. Air mineral botol yang disiapkan di kamar pada kunjungan sebelumnya sudah diganti dengan dispenser di luar kamar. bukan kelas hotel berbintang. seperti kos kos an saja. mengecewakan
