The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful to guests. Booked the room with a bathtub but didn't expect it to be a jacuzzi instead! Major plus point! It was so good I used it every night. The only problem I had were the motion sensor lights in the bathroom that would automatically go off once in awhile. And the stay would be better if the TV supported English for international tourist. Overall it was a great stay that was conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit.

Fabulous room and location”
The room was excellent, far exceeded my expectations of a hotel room at this price point. Super modern, clean and nice bathroom too. Close to Seomyeon metro station, just a 5min walk to the hotel and also 5 mins to other places to eat and drink in the area. Felt like a local place that people hang out with less tourists but enjoyed it.

Good location hotel”
Location of hotel was good. Using the nearby seomyeon underground mall able to link to the metro lines. Seomyeon stop is the interchange for 2 lines. One leading to haeundae and gwangan area. The other leading to Busan station and Mapodong area. Plenty of food options around the area too. Rooms are big and spacious. Point to note that there is no door leading to the bathroom/bathtub area, which might cause Abit of awkwardness if you're staying with friends. The shower and toilet areas have cubicle doors.

The best staff ”
I was very impressed with the reception staff, name HANNA ( I'm not sure the name spelling is correct.) I had a problem with luggage that I had to deal with someone at the airport. I don't have a Korean phone number. But she helped me contact and communicate with the staff at the airport. And follow me from the beginning until all problems are over. She kept me updated throughout my stay. i am very impressed Because of her duty, she doesn't need to help like this, but she does the fullest. And the hotel is comfortable. spacious room All the staff are very nice. I stayed here for 5 nights. i am very happy And would like to recommend this place to others as well.

Great Location ”
Right in the central. Just next to Lotte department store. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Reception is on the 13th floor and the rooms are below the reception floor. Breakfast simple but the price that you are paying I think it is worth it. There is also free parking available. So try this hotel if you come to Busan Seomyon area.

Location is conveniently located at Seomyeon, about 5 min walk from subway station. Bright and airy room, spacious and clean. Staff is polite. Highly recommended if you go to Busan.

Exceptional”
Staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. We were also overall very impressed with the size and quality of the room. Looked and felt like a five star hotel in my opinion. If I had to give a con, it's not the closest to the train station but I think it's still acceptable. Will definitely stay again.

I highly recommend staying at Arban Hotel - for the price, the room is very spacious, and even comes with a jacuzzi bathtub (!!). Shower area was also large and the toilet bowl has a bidet. Front desk was also really polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The location is also very convenient and close to a lot of food options and is walkable to the train station. For the price point, I can’t think of anything better! Bed was also very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Busan. Thank you to all the staff at Arban for making our stay such a pleasant one!

Exceptional”
A bit of a walk from Seomyeon station but you wouldn't mind since there are lots of stores and restaurants along the way. Lobby is at the topmost floor and Hannah (the receptionist) is very kind and accommodating. We were able to check-in early since our room is already available. While the shower is separated from the toilet stall, we were a bit surprised that it has no main door (to clarify: the shower stall and toilet stall has doors, but the bathroom itself does not have - I hope I make sense). The room is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There are nearby restaurants, conv stores, pastry shops and cafe. Olive Young is also around the corner. Will book again when I go back to Busan!

EXCELLENT PLACE ”
I love this hotel in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Their bed are soft and clean, I can sleep well at night. Also, Can feel the cleaner made effort to tidy our place, we returned every night and a nice beds and arrangement. Mostly importanly this place has a jacuzzi bathtub in the balcony area which is quite special to us.

Decent hotel near Seomyeon Station in Busan. The room is clean and cozy. Looks newly built. Receptionist is friendly and knows to speak English. Would recommend this hotel. Great experience! :)

Clean and easy access”
Booked for 2 nights on this hotel.Very clean and modern and centrally located.So many restaurants around and just few steps to shopping.Buffet breakfast and staff are very accomodating and helpful.They even took time to draw a map when asked for directions. Cons-it is about 45 mins away by train in going to Busan Cable cruise and Busan Cultural village but subways are just few steps away.

Exceptional”
The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable especially the bed. It is the best hotel we have stayed in our recent Korea. The location is very centralised in the midst of shopping district and 5 mins walk to the Seomyeon metro station. The staff are professional and speaks English. There are several pubs around the hotel and when the window is opened (as aircon was turned off in Autumn), it gets rather noisy on weekends.

The hotel is sparkling clean. Toilet comes with heating cover during winter which is so heartwarming. Staffs are accommodating and always ready to help. Overall very satisfying stay. Will surely come back again

Great and convenient location, close to the metro and in a busy area that had many stores and cafes. The staff were well trained and professional, extremely helpful and great with English. The room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very thorough with housekeeping room service each day. The amenities were a nice touch, and provided everything that we could need during our 6 nights stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel guys! Worth for money and best location located in the city center in Somyeon area which is close to Lotte department store, walking distance to metro and restaurants are around. Room is very clean and nice. Staffs are fluent English and helpful!

Very happy with our stay at Arban. The most value for money stay we ever had in a big city! Staff were very willing to help out with the baby cot issues and requests that we have and even helped to book a taxi for us to Busan ktx. Like it that the rooms are huge, very clean and toilet very well furnished.
