Amazing views but best for golfers or skiers.”

The location is on the top of a mountain, so the views were amazing. It’s also quite isolated so once you are there there is not much to do unless you want to play golf or go skiing. You could walk on the golf course if the weather permits. The staff spoke very good English. The dinner was delicious.
Breakfast was very good but I would have liked a few croissants or pastries. It was a Japanese breakfast. More towels in the bathroom. The room was very big but a bit dated.

お部屋がとっても広くお部屋から朝日がが登るのが見えました スタッフさんはとても感じが良かったです！
バイキングに飲み放題が付いていて良かったのですが食事の品数が少なく感じました

雨なのに傘を貸してくれなかった、声も掛けてくれない。 足音がうるさい。 立地や料理を鑑みて料金が高い気がする。 ご飯がなくお代わりできなかった。他のかたも困っていました。 食事までの移動距離が遠い。

朝食は期待はずれで残念だった。 ホテルで焼きたてのパン？　どこが？ 写真にあるのっけ盛り朝食は？　どこ？ ３日間同じ貧相な朝食に、３日目は納豆ご飯で食べたくらいです。 金土日のピークなのに…力入れないってある？ 連泊予約で三泊したがやめておけば良かった。 山の上まで行く価値ってあるのかな。 もう行かないでしょう。

食事はバイキングでしたが、地元の食材で作った料理が沢山あって美味しかったです。 ファミリールームも広くてのんびり過ごせました。 雲海の岩木山がすっきり見えて眺望も素晴らしかったです。
お風呂が23時までだったのでもう少し遅くまで利用出来るとよいと思いました。

朝食は良かったです。部屋も広くとってもよかったです。
夕食一日お願いしましたが、美味しかったのですが、ご飯を食べようと味噌汁お願いしましたが、その前の茶碗蒸しが出てこなく、出てないことを言って出てきた感じ、それも茶碗蒸しにしてはぬるかった。ツアーの準備で大変そうでしたが、私達もお客さんなので、忘れないでほしいなと思いました。

コロナ禍で、安心してゆっくり静さ、面白い！”

とても、静かで空いていたこと。ワインや生ハムやパンをホテルの工房で作っていて、とてもおいしかったこと。コロナ対策もあるが、ワインの試飲も全てプリペイドカードで自分でできたこと！スカイラウンジが無料で利用できること！とっても夜景が綺麗だった！お風呂ももちろんとても空いていた。すぐそばにかわいいヤギ園があったこと。フランス料理に変更したらとてもおいしかったこと。ホテルの工房で作った美味しいワインを、売店で買って持ち込めたこと！ホテルのサッカーをしてくれた方が、たくさん話をしてくれたり写真を撮ってくれたり、ホテルの利用方法を教えてくれたことが何よりも助かりました。その方がスカイラウンジのことを教えてくれました！
せっかく夜景が綺麗なので、夜景が見える部屋がよかったです。4人部屋だと思ったら、4台目がエキストラベットで、寝心地がとても悪かったこと。もしそうだとわかっていたら2部屋頼んでいた！！初めからわかっていたらよかった。

スタッフの対応もいまいちでした 食事も朝夕二食付きのプランにしましたが、全て決まった物だけで、選べる選択しがないのは残念。せめてメイン料理だけでも選べるようにして欲しかった メインの牛肉が苦手なので、他の物に変更出来ないか聞いても返答なしで、海鮮物を勝手に運ばれて来た 質問の返答もいい加減だった 食事の時は、きちんと洋服でと言われたので、わざわざ着替えて行ったら、他の人は浴衣にスリッパで来ていた ほんとがっかりだった

高い場所にあり、いい環境であり、ストレス発散によかった。 あと友人がスマホの充電器を忘れてきて、フロントで快く貸していただいた点です。
ホテル道中の峠道が危なかった点くらいです。 良くなかった点は他になかったですね
