I recently stayed at an apartment in Hinterglemm/Saalbach, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was great and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was also excellent, providing clear instructions and communication throughout the booking process and during our stay.
However, one downside to the experience was the "housemaister", or the grumpy old man in the building. Unfortunately, he was quite unpleasant and seemed to be like a wannabe police officer. For example, he complained to us about parking our car with the back to the building, stating that it was not great for him and the pollution. We tried to explain that it was an electric car (tesla) and therefore did not produce any pollution, but he still seemed unhappy... Despite this negative aspect, I still highly recommend this apartment for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and great host. Just be prepared to deal with a difficult housemaister who may make your stay less enjoyable.

Nettes Apartment mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis”

Das Apartment hatte bei unserer Buchung zu den Ferienzeiten (Fasching) ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Die Lage direkt am Skibus in beide Richtungen ist sehr komfortabel. Ein kleiner Supermarkt (und Burgerladen) ist im Haus gegenüber. Zum größeren MPreis Supermarkt sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Es war unser Wunsch noch ein Zustellbett zu bekommen. Das nimmt dann schon wirklich viel Platz weg, wenn man zu fünft im Apartment schlafen möchte. War aber wie gesagt unser Wunsch. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten sind ok bequem. Laut Vermieter soll hier im Sommer renoviert werden. (... und der Blick auf den Außenwhirlpool des Nachbarhotels ist schon gemein :-))
