very good host and great location”

The location is good, close to nami island and gapyeong station. The host, jenny and her daughter were extremely helpful. Due to our lack of knowledge in korean and transport info, jenny and her daughter researched every piece of information for us, translated into English. What we needed to do was just to follow the "manual" they prepared. It was extremely helpful! They also helped us to order items for our bbq. We overordered, & had to waste alot of food though. It was a good experience!

We enjoyed the hotel ”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was spacious and modern looking. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The pool was heated and so were the floors which made it very comfortable even when it was very cold outside. I only have a few complaints. I paid for the room for 3 adults, we are a couple with 3 kids 3-10 years old, I thought the 3 adult option would get us 2 beds but it didn't. The kids had to sleep on several blankets that were provided for the floor . They also had an issue with mold. The mold wasn't really growing, there was no smell, but some of the floor boards and caulking in the bathroom were moldy. They have grills on the balcony and you can pay 10,000 won for the charcoal. They will light it for you. Thankfully, we brought our own beach towels. They provided several hand sized towels, which is typical in Korea, but we needed them to wipe up the water our kids splashed while moving in between the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi fit 2 large adults comfortably. they had enough dinner ware for 4 people, a rice cooker, water boiler, small refrigerator, pots and 1 pan, microwave, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body wash and dish soap in the room. we would stay again.

너무 친절하시고 생각보다 방이 엄청 따듯했어요! 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오구요 밤에 별도 잘 보여서 너무너무 예뻣어요! 근데 가는 길이 많이 구불구불해서 차 가져가시는 분들은 운전 조심해서 해야될 것 같아요ㅠ

2층 독채? 같은 걸 사용하기 때문에 프라이버시 보장이 되는 게 좋음. 다만 방음이 되는 건 잘 모르겠음... 직원실에 오만 양념 다 있어서 요리하기 편함. 펜션 안에 욕탕같은 게 있어서 좋음.

위치도 좋고 가격도 좋고 바베큐 하기도 참 좋아요 직원분들 친절 하시고 재밌게 잘 놀고 왔습니다 ^^

위치는 사실 가평 펜션 있는 곳 어디든 비슷한 것 같으니까 차지하고, 저녁 늦게 도착+뭐를 해먹을 걸 아무것도 안 가져가다시피 햇는데도 조미료같은 것을 갖다쓸 수 있도록 해놓은 점이 좋았다. 근처에는 슈퍼도 없지만 간단한 간식거리나 소모품, 음료를 펜션 내에서 팔고 있어서 이용. 가격대비 나쁘지 않았다.

서비스매우친절함. 픽업해주셔서좋았음. 스파욕조가 가장 맘에들었음. 수영장 물이 깨끗하지않았지만 잠깐 몸담고 놀기엔 좋았음. 펜션내에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 미약하게 났지만 시설과 청결좋았음. 주방용품도 다양하고 와인잔이 준비되어있어서 좋았음. 연인이랑 와서 지내기엔 좋음.

아이들이 물을 좋아해서 잘 놀았습니다.”

비교적 괜찮았음. 개별수영장이 실내에 있어 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 아이들이 즐겁게 수영을 하며 놀 수 있었습니다.

찾기가 조금 어려움”

대가족이어서 다소 정신이 없었는데 주인분이 너무 잘 챙겨주셨음. 사진과 똑같은 뷰에, 청결함에 신경을 많이 써준것이 느껴졌음. 위치를 찾기가 조금 힘들긴 했음. 밤에 내려오면 찾기 힘들듯.
