Very nice stay. The hotel is a little bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Only gripe was the underfloor heating coming on in the room twice a day, which I couldn't switch off and it became way too hot.

シャワーのカーテンがきっちり閉まらずにバスルームの床が水浸しになってしまったため、バスタオルで拭き、フロントまで行き新しいタオルを一枚だけほしいとリクエストしたところ、「一人一日一枚」ということでもらえなかった。翌朝は夫と一緒にフェイスタオル一枚を共用してシャワーを浴びた。ちなみにお部屋にバスローブの提供も初めからないです。一泊だったので着替えの洋服を着て寝ました。チェックアウトの朝早く、お部屋の冷蔵庫には冷凍室がないので、フロントでアイスパックを冷凍していただくようにお願いしましたが、チェックアウトの12時に受け取るとまだなま暖かかった。お願いされたのを忘れて長時間冷凍庫に入れずに放置したようです。同じ人でしたが、アイスパックを渡されるときも、何のコメントもなしでした。おかげで巨済島のお刺身を買って帰ることができませんでした。古いホテルなので、建物は古くても、サービス面では洗練されているのではないかと期待して予約しましたが、やっぱり皆さんの評価は正しかった。夫婦ともアメリカでの生活が長いので、韓国式の売ってやっている、泊めてやっているサービスではこちらが気を遣いました。韓国人の夫は次回は倍出してもサムソンホテルに泊まりたいとのことです。私もこちらのホテルにはもう泊まりたくないです。

7월말로 영업을 종료한다고는 하지만 투숙객이 있을때까진 최선을 다해야 하지 않을까요 최악의 위생상태(숙소전체의 퀴퀴한 곰팡이 냄새,엄청난 모기-밤에 잠을 잘수 없었음,새벽부터 공사장소음,물한잔 마실수 없는 조식-처음부터 불포함이라고 했으면 맛집이라도 갈수 있었는데... 밤이 늦어 다른 숙소를 갈수가 없어 1박 뜬눈으로 보내고 다른숙소로 예약하고 체크아웃함 프론트에 컴플레인 했더니 1박 취소해준다고하는데 영업종료 하면 그만인데 처리해줄지 의문 그나마 직원들이 친절해서 다행
