                  분명히 스탠다드룸을 예약했는데 직원이 스탠다드룸에 묵으려면 만원 더 내야 된대요. 아니면 카운터 앞에 있는 아주 시끄러운 온돌방에서 자야 돼요. 어쩔수 없이 만원 줬어요… 아고다 여러번 이용했는데 이런 어이없는 상황은 처음이에요.

                  사진과 너무 다르고 많이 노후되었음. 아무리 가격이 싸다해도 입구부터 모든면이 호텔이라고 하기에는 너무함. 싸구려 러브모텔 느낌. 조식포함이라 하지만 이상한 샌드위치를 퇴실시 희망자에 한해 싸준다고 해서 받엇왓으나 전부 버렸음. 아고다에서 지금까지 예약한 숙소중 최악이었음. 남해안여행 3박4일중 최악의 숙소였음. 믿기지 않으면 한번 다녀와 보시기를... 강력 비추함.

                  통영 중앙시장 걸어서 5~7분정도 거리이고 저렴한 가격에 잘 지내다 왔습니다..단 처음 들어 갔을때는 괜찮았는데 새벽에 화장실에서 담배 냄새가 올라와서 그건 좀 불편했어요..그리고 조식을 준다고 되어 있어서 전날 미리 조식 받겠다고 얘기했는데 8시30부터 10시30분 넘게 까지 카운터가 비어 있어서 조식 서비스를 받지 못 했구요..빵 하나 받자고 휴대폰으로 연락하기는 좀 그래서 그냥 나왔는데 미리 주문해 달래서 요청 했는데 조식 서비스 시간에 자리를 비우는건 예의가 아닌것 같네요..

                  아고다에서 스탠다드룸에 싱글/트윈베드 고를수 있는 항목이 분명히 있음에도 불구, 트윈배드로 선택했는데 주인 아주머니는 본인은 아고다에 호텔 예약을 안올리고 있다며 끝까지 모르쇠로 일관. 스탠다드는 트윈배드가없는데 절대 사이트에 안올리는데 마치 손님이 없는거 억지로 만들어서 해달라고 떼쓰는것처럼 만드시데요? 다른 예약사이트에 올렸는데 거기서 자기들끼리 뭐 돌려서 아고다로 올라가고 어쩌고 저쩌고.. 아니 그걸 손님이 알아야 하나요? 계속 자긴 모른다 어디서 얼마주고 했냐.. 예약 컨펌 내역 보여준다해도 볼생각은안하고 모른다.. 내가 장사합니까? 진짜 결국 됐다하고 싱글배드로 한다고 하고 올라왔는데 방 문앞에 손가락만한 바퀴벌레가.. 조식 포함 방이었는데 또 가서 얘기하기도싫고. 바퀴벌레보는순간 토악질이나와서 조식 먹으러 가지도 않았습니다. 방에 침대 이불들쳐보니 날벌레죽은게 붙어있지않나.. 위치하나 다른 숙소보다 완전 관광지에가깝진않지만, 그리 멀지도 않은위치기 때문에 별 드리네요. 화는나서 다 별 1개주고싶지만 공정한 리뷰여야하니깐요. 여행에서 최악을 하나꼽자면 이 숙소 였어요. 다른 여행객분들은 이런 일 겪지않으시길

                  리뷰감사합니다 트윈베드.싱글 베드를 고를수있는 옵션은 아고다에서 적용하는 옵션입니다 고객이 이 옵션을 고르면 트윈객실이 없는 저희쪽에서는 승인불가 하는 형식으로 처리할 수 밖에 없는 아고다측의 룰입니다 그리고 고객님께서는 이 옵션조차 선택하지 않고 육안확인만 하고 온 상황이였으며, 만약 선택했다면 저희쪽에서는 승인불가로 통보했을겁니다 불편한 하루밤을 보내셨다니 유감입니다 그리고 객실 유충관련해서는 직접 확인된 사항은 아니지만 각별히 소독에 신경쓰도록 하겠습니다 감사합니다
