location is excellent staffs are nice & helpful facilities are good cleanliness is almost exceptional, until we saw a blood stain on the bed sheet that was turn over so no one will notice …i doubt if they change their sheets after a visitor leave

Great location, good value for a one night stay in Taichung”
I would only do a short stay at this hotel. One of the rooms my family member stayed in had vomit smell, so we got the staff to bring bleach to give it a soak and clean. It does not have its own cafe or breakfast restaurant, but opposite this hotel, there is a nice cafe called I True Cafe that does great western style breakfast menu. Staff are helpful and friendly, very accommodating and approachable. It's a shame they are lacking in good cleaning staff.

Great location and budget but small space ”
Close to Taichung training station, room was clean but didn’t like the aroma in the room. Space for single traveler was enough but too small for couple.

Value for money for budget travellers”
Well located cosy hotel in the heart of Taichung city, close to many restaurants and shops, Miyahara and bus, train stations. Value for money for just a place to put stuffs and head on to explore the attractions in Taichung. Room is well equipped with toiletries and room service replenish every essentials daily. Only downside is lack of a safe and fridge.

A very pleasing experience.”
This was a very pleasing experience. AceHotel is a new hotel located near Taichung Station with a bus stop nearby (around 15 different routes). The room is neat with simple facilities and decent air conditioner ( hitachi, quiet and reliable). The receptionist was nice and polite with patience. I will recommend this hotel to friends of mine as well as choose it again.

Remote and tiny”
It's just like a hong kong room, bed and table. that's all. not much walking space and cant open my luggage fully. it's located quite a distance from the nearest train station. there's not much nearby, convenience store is around the corner but not in sight. sound segregation for the hotel is bad, can hear cars and bikes through out the night. light sleepers be warned. for some reason, there's quite a flow of bikes through out the day even though it's by the small road, not a main road. wouldnt book this again if given a choice, it's cheap but rather inconvenient be it space or location wise.

Staffs here are young and extremely helpful. They answered me in details for every questions I asked. However this hotel is not familiar to most of the locals, guess the hotel is too new.

Nice for a short trip”
Since our room was at the corner, structure was a little bit weird and small, but we did not have a lot of luggage so it was okay. But there was no fridge, so I would only suggest to short stay. However, the staff are really nice and helpful.

-The hotel is 3 blocks away from taichung train. It looks near but not really if u have luggage - We are here 2 nights but they only provide 1 soap and small shampoo. - They made us to checkin 4pm instead of 3pm indicated on the booking - Nice wallpaper on the room - They don’t clean your room unless you ask for it - Wifi internet is not good
