Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Room”

We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. The room was clean and huge with a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed (which is hard to find in Pattaya) and the staff were great. We really liked this hotel and will be back. The A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is part of three local hotels that share facilities. The only problems we had with this hotel, and I think management should address the issue, is pool access. Firstly, each day the main hotel closes it's pool at 5pm to setup the buffet for coach loads of Chinese tourists that arrive daily, so from 4.30 people that are kicked out the the two main pools end up in the small pool at our hotel. The pool at A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is very nice but relatively small. A couple of families with 5 or 6 kids on floating beds tends to fill the pool and it becomes annoying for the hotel guests trying to relax in the pool. Secondly, crusty undies... Nearly everyday we saw people either turn up at the pool fully clothed and jump in or strip down to their underwear and jump in. Men's and women's swimwear is available all over Pattaya for less than 300Baht, please buy a set before swimming...

Amazing staff and very clean rooms”

We had a wonderful stay at A-One Pattaya Beach Resort. Very nice/clean rooms. Beautiful and attentive staff who were always happy to help. Plenty of food available at breakfast but since it’s the only breakfast for guests staying in ALL A-One buildings, there were way too many people so you generally had to line up for a while to get to some things. I hope they set up separate breakfast locations in the near future to avoid excessive crowds. The hotel is a little further away from Walking Street or other popular attractions/restaurants but only a quick tuk tuk or taxi ride away. We would definitely stay here again.

A-One value at Pattaya Beach.”

A very nice small hotel. Quite new. Rooms well fitted out with modern shower and flat screen tv, room safe and ample closet space. Free WiFi that works, Kettle and coffee station. Floor to ceiling sliding window with Balcony looking out on to Pattaya Beach front. Mandatory remote controlled air con, swimming pool bar and restaurant. Friendly and accommodating cleaning staff. Same goes for the reception staff. Quiet at night. No Mosquito bites when you wake up in the morning! I stayed here twice before and am going back for a third time in July. Works out between €30 and €50 per night depending on the time of year and the deals on offer. Well worth a look.

Good Stay”

Enjoyed my stay at A-1 Pattaya Beach Resort. Staff was very nice and helpful, clean well kept room, nice view of ocean, large fitness room, free wifi worked great! The beds were quality and comfy. The breakfast buffet was not my style of food (no bacon and the little hot dogs are not breakfast sausage), but I didn't pay to have breakfast included with my room so it was no problem. The street was a little loud due to busses, but every street in Pattaya that I saw was noisy. I will stay at A-1 again on my next trip.

I visit Pattaya twice a year and always stay at the A-One Pattaya Beach. It never disappoints. A small but well finished Hotel. Excellent Shower and Toilets which are a big must for me. Floor to ceiling windows with Balcony, remote control air con, flat screen tv, code lock safe and in room coffee and kettle. Small pool in front of Hotel with Bar. It deserves it's 4 star rating.

Nice beach resort”

We were positively surprised after reading some negative reviews about the staff, who were in fact polite and had a professional attitude during our stay in the hotel. They also sent us an e-mail after checking out asking for advice about how to improve the service. The hotel-beach resort looked nice, just like the beach view from our balcony and the (deluxe) room was in good condition, large and clean with all the facilities necessary. The cleaner also worked fast and did a good job during the day. The breakfast was good with various options possible, especially for coffee (espresso, latte also available) (and there was always enough bacon not like in other hotels). Maybe the only negative thing was the lack of inclusive internet option. We could also catch a 20 baht (for 2 people) hop on taxi 1 minute from the hotel, which took only a few minutes to take us closer to the supermarket and nightlife, if we did not want to walk. They also organized tours for customers. Perfect for couples.

A home away from home”

We have stayed at A-One Pattaya Beach Resort many times and every time it feels like home. Great location just meters from the beach. Very friendly staff and big, comfortable rooms. Good value for money. You won't be disappointed.

The best I had in Pattaya”

I've been to Pattaya many times and usually stay at many hotels but A-One has been the best. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And they have a good understanding of English which made it easy for me to communicate. But the two things that put this place over the top was the front desk host Pornchanok Phutaongoen (Mameaw), bought me a double vodka orange juice for my birthday and the bar waitress, Ruttanapron Khunkhompra (Bow), who made me and all my friends feel very welcomed and at home. Just for those two employees who went above and beyond, I will go back there and only there every time I visit Pattaya. Thank you for making my vacation A-One... =)

Comfortable Stay”

We enjoyed our one night stay at the A-One Pattaya Beach Resort. Check-in & check-out were smooth & easy. The desk staff are polite, friendly & helpful. The room maid was helpful too, bringing us an extra coffee cup & more coffee in the morning. Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom is renovated & modern. TV, air/con & wifi work well. The room has a coffee maker & mini-bar, an in-room safe, robes & slippers in the closet.

Nice Hotel On Pattaya Beach Road”

Hotel room was comfortable with partial sea view. Location is on Pattaya Beach Road, so rooms close to the Road can hear more noise. Plenty of restaurants, shopping mall and night life within walking distance of the Hotel. Staff service was OK, check in and out efficient. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast. Swimming pool near the main road. Gym is well equipped. Overall Nice Hotel.

First impression, check-in staff was very impressive. Room was clean and in perfect condition. Hotel location is just a few steps to Pattaya beach and closed to hundreds of dining and shopping facilities. Really good value for money!

Nice and clean hotel”

Beach view room is clean and comfortable, room with balcony and sofa, therefore, can view some parasailing activities on the beach. Nice view. Can take taxi (tuk-tuk in dark blue) in front the road to walking shopping street, cost 20 bath/pax, that is very convenience. Hotel just in the central of pattaya, most the mall is within walking distance.

I have stayed at the A- One Beach Hotel every time i come here. The staff at the hotel are fabulous. Meau the manager here could not do more for us. We normally come here as a group and thoroughly love it. This part of the hotel is nicely located with its own pool on the door step but you can use the other bigger pool in its complex. The sea is less than a 100 yards away. Grace who looks after the bar and all the other staff are friendly all the time and very approachable to talk to them. This hotel is constantly updating its rooms and facilities which is good as it has other parts of the hotel to suit every traveler. We cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you to all at the A-One beach hotel.

A well-located hotel in Pattaya”

The hotel has a good view of Pattaya beach. It is well located near the main road and convenient for holiday and night life. The TV is a bit outdated and it is the only disappointment in the room.

Fabulous location and convenience”

This is a great property to stay at. You are mere footsteps from the beach and in a very pleasant spot to relax and somewhat away from all of the crowds. Walking Street is a 10 minute walk away. If you really want to relax and destress, this is an ideal hotel. I have stayed here a few times while visiting Pattaya.

The staff were amazing”

The staff especially Ken made us feel very welcomed coming and going from the lobby. The room had an excellent view. Very comfortable. Easy access to the beach. The room service prices are very high for Thailand. The gym was a great benefit. We will plan to stay at A-One Beach Resort again for sure

I have been coming to Pattaya for many years and i am very thankful I found this gem. The rooms are ver clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And the front desk especially Pornchanok Phutaongoen (Mameaw) went far and beyond to make my stay there unforgettable. We share the birthday and as a gift she upgraded my room. And for that gracious gesture I will always stay at the A One.

Very Satisfied. ”

Very Satisfied with our stay here. It is a bit away from the most busy parts of pattaya but that was just perfect for us. It's just a 10 baht ride along the beach ride anyway to get to wlaking street etc. Pool is not big but nice but you also have acsess to much bigger pools at the sister hotel next door. That is big huge pools. It's a good German eating place very near. We will return to this hotel, no doubts.

not recommended for a family to stay”

I traveled with my family and my little son. I requested for a non smoking room but when I arrived the room smells like a cigarette. The cushion sheets smell odor. The bed sheets and pillow sheets didn't smell clean at all. The swimming pool at A one resort beach pattaya is so small but luckily the main swimming pool on the otherside is a lot better. The staff members are friendly and welcoming guests. The gym is very good. I will recommend for a couple more than family to stay.
