We're frequent travellers and slept better at this hotel than we have in a very long time . Great bed and super quiet. A 5 minute walk from the train station, with a wide variety of eating places nearby ( and easy local bus connections). + the kindest staff you'll find. A suggestion: make sure you have the address because the outside markings can be confusing the first time.

Overall, it's a clean hotel. The location it's convenient. However, it's inconvenient for parking scooters. One of staffs showed us bad attitude. Too pricey. You can find a business hotel with the same price or includes breakfast .

Good location and staffs”
Pros: Good location and staff. Cons: AC is too low, even turn to 22 degrees, but seems not enough AC in room. Surely hotel provides fan for air circulation, but the fan is too noisy to on when we were sleeping. Bottle of water will not refill even how many days you stay, only one bottle for each person. Other stuffs also not refill daily.

Didn’t meet expectation ”
The hotel is OK, fairly clean, located in the old town , where is very crowded but convenient to some attractions. They clean your rooms regardless you have the “no disturbing” lights on..... Seems their restaurants and rooftop are outsourced and are opened to outsiders. For example, The balcony was occupied by some companies, so that we were not able to enjoy because a staff told us “it’s inappropriate to go up there”. During that day a lot of people moved things around with bulky furniture stuffed the elevator.

3 Door Hotel is a nicely designed boutique hotel located within walking distance to the Tainan Train Station and basically most parts of central Tainan. The room size is generous, and the breakfast is really among the best hotel breakfasts I have had. The best part about 3 Door Hotel is the friendly, personal, and always ready-to-help staff. We were extremely impressed by how eager they are to strike up a conversation with you and recommend sights to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tainan.

First of all, 3 Door Hotel is situated approximately 10min walk from Tainan train station. It is however far from tainan HSR station. The hotel is also located nearby various eateries (some are even 24hours!) and convenience stores. Cleanliness is definitely well kept in the spacious rooms, minimal amount of dust. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were introduced to places of interests and must-eats by the friendly staff. They even offered to help us plan our itinerary if needed! There's a bar, a rooftop library, and a restaurant that serves excellent yet inexpensive meals. Fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay with 3 door hotel. I’m quite a big fan of chic style boutique hotels. The biggest difference here was the staff. From the initial welcome (Ducken) who showed me to my room and ran me through the in and outs as well as guided me through the must eats in Tainan. It’s always nice to obtain a personal opinion of a local rather than what’s printed on a piece of paper or Google for that matter. I stayed at Deluxe twin room this time, the room was not big but enough for two adult and two kids to stay, simple design and clean. Facilities are great and modern. Staffs are helpful, breakfast provided set meals, but trust me that was really yum and kind of hearty breakfast. Anyway, that was the great experience of stay at 3 door Hotel, will come again if visit Tainan city.

was here for 3d2n. really feel at home. warm welcome by the hotel staff. the reception is exceptional as its in a bar setting. i thought i went to the wrong place. staff done the introduction in a very professional manner. gave us their private map and directions. brought us to the room and explain everything well. its like a 5star service. the room is cosy yet spacious. really made us feel at home. hotel is just 5-10mins away from TRA Tainan station. surrounded by shops and near shopping malls too. will come back if i come back to Tainan. its exceptional to stay here.

Superb place that needs more recommendation”
This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. Even though it’s tucked away in one of the streets of Tainan, it has the service of a top hotel. Upon entrance, the staff asked for me, calling my name without us mentioning, showing how attentive they are to each bookings. We were also provided with tea during the check-in process, explanations about the breakfast next day and even a tour about our room. The room is also really spacious and cooling especially in the summer weather! The breakfast was delicious too and ingredients were so fresh! This hotel gives you the homely feel as they will greet you when they see you and are super attentive that makes me feel that this hotel should be recommended more to people. It also has a pretty roof garden to boot! 10 out of 10 MUST STAY!

A hotel that is located near the train station with a fabulous breakfast, spacious room and WiFi. Not only that, the hotel room is tastefully designed with a bar top table and high stool where you can look out of the window. The hotel also has a roof garden with an indoor reading room complete with books, magazines and a coffee machine. For those who like to stargaze or enjoy the scenic Tainan, you can step out and sit in the outdoor roof garden. Their staff is also very friendly and greets you with “Welcome home” when you walk into the hotel lobby. This hotel truly gives travellers a feeling of going back to a home instead of a hotel or hotel room. Will definitely go back again!

Best hotel in Taiwan ever and even out of all hotels I have been! Everything is super wonderful from the staff who show us to our room, demonstrate the room facilities to the friendly housekeeper who left us a sweet note on the day of our departure. Local welcome drinks and snacks were also served foc. Room super spacious and clean, quiet, comfortable bed and breakfast was superb. You definitely don't want to miss it. Location was near the train station, lots of shops around but not that near to places of interests. We usually walk or take a cab that's pretty cheap. Definitely will stay again if I visit Tainan. Really hope they will open branches in Taipei.

A wonderful and service-oriented hotel! There is a roof top garden for us to relax. The hotel staff are very helpful, they welcome us home whenever we entered the hotel main entrance. In addition, they provided us a map and recommended us tainan places of interest. The room is clean, spacious and there is high counter top table facing the window. We enjoyed the stay!

Location is perfect with few minutes walk from Tainan railway station. Staff is quite helpful and talent. They cooperate with massage place which provide free transfer. You could rent a motor and they also help to call the shop for delivery. Some deficit might be selection of breakfast is not much, only three options. Overall is great and will stay here again.
