“Best Accomodation”
Dear Mass, we are very happy with the room, it is beautiful, well decorated, clean and well equipped. Only a stone throw away from a family mart and only a few metres away from another convenient store, Lawson. The view from balcony is also very good. My family is very happy staying there and keep appraising the place. You can conveniently wash dan dry your clothes using a coin machines downstairs in the next building. The host's reply is prompt. There are other so much good things to tell here, in short, it is very much recommended. Thank you Masa.

“Very reasonably priced, but not for fussy”
Pros: 1. Owner is very responsive and professional. Provided a video guide on how to head to the apt from both Shin-Osaka JR station and Ninshinakagima Minamigata metro station. 2. Owner is amazingly thoughtful. His wifi is a mobile one and he allows us to bring it along when we're outside. There's also an adapter that allows us to plug in multiple usb cables to charge a few devices together. The geek in me was very impressed. 3. Bed is comfortable. Cons: 1. Cleanliness standards could be improved. When we discovered a dirty towel on the towel bar, owner wanted to send someone to help. However, we didn't want to bother him any further when we found dusty sidetables etc. 2. Room is actually very decent, but it's very near to the train tracks so we can hear the rumbling of trains at the doorway. At the beds itself it isn't so noticeable. 3. Building looks old, lift smells bad, but room is ok. So not for people with OCD. 4. Curtain is a piece of paper so it gets bright at dawn.

Place is okay, minimal space for luggage. Old style toilet difficult to flush. I would recommend if your on a budget but don't expect too much. With complete facilities and they even have thick blankets, that was an advantage.
