Couples France, 13 mai 2013	Très bon emplacement près du métro L'emplacement (à 3 minutes à pied du métro), l'architecture (magnifique gate), la décoration "orientale" des suites 8,3 Cet hôtel est idéal comme point de chute pour visiter Dubai, car il est situé tout près du métro (Station Ibn Battuta). Et pour un hôtel avec une telle architecture et décoration, le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous avions pris une suite Deluxe, qui a un très grand lit, et une belle déco orientale (pas autant que l'hôtel Al Qasr, il est vrai). Demander à bénéficier d'une chambre avec vue sur le mall, car de l'autre côté, la vue est une centrale électrique. Le mall juste à côté vaut vraiment le détour, avec une ambiance égyptienne.

It was recommended to me but it disappointed. 5 One of the worst check-in experiences that I have ever had. Asked for early check-in in my booking and even though I was delayed by 2 hours in the airport my room was not ready when I got there and I had to wait for more than an hour to get a room. They offered a complimentary drink during my wait which was limited to two types of fresh juices. In-room bathrooms are poorly designed and is the worst that I've seen in 5 stars hotels. Even though I got a good rate for my stay at the hotel I still believe it wasn't worth it.

Groupes Singapore, 25 mars 2013	Fantastic 7 nights Stay Love the big room, friendly staff and free shuttle to the private beach 8,3 Me and my sister managed to get a good last minute deal for this hotel less than a week before our ETA Dubai through Agoda. We are looking for an average hotel that could accomodate our budget for these 7nights trip. We booked a normal superior room and was quite happy with the price we paid for it. We eta Dubai at 0100hrs and reach the hotel at about 0200hrs and was served by a very pleasant lady who obviously knew that we were so tired from our flight. We didnt manage to get her name, but she was a chinese nationality. She was really polite and was trying her very best to get the room for us ready at the soonest. To our suprise, she upgraded us from a normal superior room to a Suite. We were ushered to our room by the bellboy who ran through the whole suite with us. The room was clean and super huge, with super huge shower room. Me and my sister had an individual bathroom table that we loved as each of us had a totally different set of toiletries each. All the hotel staffs are very friendly, always greeting us along the way. Swimming pool is nice, and rarely crowded as most of the hotel guest will go to the sister hotel (Oceania beach club) to use the beautiful inifinity pool and private beach. Thefore, you will always have the pool to yourself. Very friendly lifeguard who will always strike a conversation with you. Beside the hotel, there's this massive shopping mall that you can get almost anything you want. Metered Taxi is readily available at the hotel lobby. But be careful, the concierge/bell boy will always try to sell you Hotel taxi which can sometimes double the price of the metered taxi. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with very friendly staff, clean & huge room, and beautiful decorations. Bonus point will be the free shuttle they provide to go to the private beach at Jumeirah.

Voyageurs d'affaires Germany, 18 mars 2013	Will come back Luxurious and big rooms, very friendly staff, on the road between Abu Dhabi and Dubai 9,7 I booked this hotel as I needed to wake up early next morning to go to Abu Dhabi. The Hotel is located West of Dubai in Jebel Ali but still has a Metro Station next door and there's a shopping Mall also next door. It's a fantastic place to relax with nice and big rooms and also very luxurious. I will definately come back!
