Voyageurs solitaires United Kingdom, 15 avril 2013	It was fine nothing special I have nothing to say 6,7 On the site it stated that there would be an iron in the room so when I looked in the wardrobe it wasn’t there so called reception for one. When housekeeping brought the iron and ironing board I was asked if I had an adapter which I thought should have been provided, I then checked the iron and found that the control for the heat was missing so had to call for another one then that one leaked when I put water in it and I just could not be bothered to ask for another one. When my room was made up and I was given new towels one of them was ripped and the sizes of them were smaller. The power from the shower as not very powerful and there was hair in the plug holes. It seemed more like a 3 star than a 4 star

In addition; checking in and out time was really fast. Also staff were friendly and helpful.

Voyageurs d'affaires Philippines, 2 mars 2013	Great hotel for business or family stay Price is right for the room, Gourmet meals are fantastic, Comfortable room 8 I was originally booked for 4 nights then extended my stay up to 17 nights. Upon my arrival, I was taken to the 2nd floor as I booked for superior room. I requested to transfer the next day as I can hardly sleep due to the noise from the night club on the ground floor. To my surprise they upgraded my room to executive superior up on the 7th floor. This room was so much better in terms of comfort, space and style. Much quieter too. The bathroom has a separate huge bath and a shower. The bedroom has an office desk, a couch with a centre table, a well-stocked mini bar and a coffee maker with selections of teas. The fitness room was a bit small but has the necessary machines. I got to use the yoga mat in the comfort of my own room. The sauna and steam bath was ok and can only use at a specified hours. Breakfast buffet was good but I was surprised of the gourmet meals which was very good and some were excellent. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.
