Emplacement - équipement 7,7 très bon accueil... en anglais. nous avons le choix de choisir entre deux chambres car l'une d'elle, avec mezzanine pouvait être difficile à monter (marches très serrés). la chambre donnait côté rue donc nuisance sonore normale : voitures, samedi soir bruyant mais beaucoup plus calme les autres nuits. equipement juste suffisant. mais ne compter pas regarder la télé (5 chaines) mais à vrai dire on est pas rester longtemps dans la chambre si ce n'est pour dormi et se doucher
Po W. Voyageurs d'affaires Malaysia, 15 mai 2013	A great alternative to B&Bs location, comfort, convenience 8 This is a great alternative to the usual B&Bs that crowd the Bayswater/Queensway area. Though room was small, it was well furnished and equipped. Complete with tiny but functional kitchenette - microwave oven, stove, fridge, sink. It was also clean and the bed, comfortable. The location is fantastic - less than 5 min walk from Queensway tube station. Coffee is not provided but there's a coffee machine in the lobby - GBP1 for a cup. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Service very slow, hotel was excessively warm and had a strange smell in hallways. They do not give face-towls/wash cloths

Location, Location, Location 6,3 - Was given a basement room, of which there seemed to be 10-12. This is standard practice in alot of cheap london hotels, but was made ten times worse by the lack of mobile phone signal and no wireless signal. Free wireless was available in the lobby, but didn't strecth to the basement rooms. - Bed was horrendously springy, the only reason i didn't complain was because i was only there for 1 night and everything else in the room (bathroom, tv, floors) was fine. + Spotless and newly appointed bathroom.

Familles avec des enfants plus âgés Indonesia, 7 mai 2013	Centrally located hotel with minimalistifurniture Close to 2 underground stations, souvenir shops and restaurants 6,7 The hotel are self equipped with kitchen and has a good location. 2 underground stations are only 5 minutes walk whereas the souvenir shops and restaurants are also only 2 blocks away. Overall staffs are pleasant to deal with except for one dark skinned male staff, who is quite rude when we wanted to change one of our rooms that we booked due to the air inside the room is hot although the heater is not on and there's no aircond in the room. He told us that the level 3 is where the central heating system of the hotel are hence it is hot, he also said other things in a rude manner. So we decided to talk to another receptionist in the morning and he changed our room in an instance. When you're travelling during summer or spring I'd recommend you to choose level B, 1, 2 or 4 as they're a bit cooler. However if you're a business traveller, I'd advise you to book the club room because that's the only floor (level2) that is equipped with free wifi. Or you can stay in the lobby where I saw a lot of people sitting there to get the free wifi. Other than that, I love the locations!
