Familles avec de jeunes enfants France, 11 août 2011	Hotel bien situe charmant bel hotel,bien situe, confortable 7 avantage de l 'hotel est qu'il est bien situe trés jolie en peu en dehors du centre trés bruillant personnel acceuillant mais manque un peu de compétence buffet vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles quelques point a ameliorer .

Comfortable clean room, friendly staff and delicious food 9,7 The hotel is only about three years old, very nice small boutique hotel, with very friendly staff who spoke good english. Always willing to answer any questions. Trams stopped right out in front to and from centre of city. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to my friends. Breakfast is extra but I found I only paid for what I had not the full buffet. We had a disabled room and found the bathroom suited us fine. We flew out of Amsterdam.

Lovely modern rooms, fantastic service from reception staff, convenient location. 8,7 The hotel was very smart and modern. Nice coffee machine. Best service ever from the reception desk when we checked in - first time ever been invited to sit down during check in process! Good convenient location. Only downside was the room was a little cold which was disappointing after a long day out in the freezing wind! However the temperature could be individually controlled in the room so we were able to turn up the heat.

They managed our taxis and suggested places to visit showing us them on a map. The hotel was very clean and the bedrooms were simply decorated. The bathrooms were huge and shower was nice and powerful. The bed was extremely comfortable and blackout curtains were very useful! Conseil - restaurants: China Town has some lovely restaurants, and all major tourist attractions are accessible from the number 4 tram which stops just outside the entrance of the hotel

Service was really excellent - very warm welcome and good advice and local tips. Rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped including coffee machine etc. Thoroughly recommended.
