Couples Belgium, 30 juillet 2011	Hôtel calme et proche du métro Insonorisation, hôtel calme, personnel à l'écoute, chambres confortables et propres. 8,3 hôtel calme, grand et chambres confortables, belles salles de bain. par contre il faut tout demander: un rooteur pour le wifi, une bouilloire si vous voulez vous faire du café ou du thé,... mais le personnel est sympa et répondra à vos demandes. la salle de sport est petite mais le côté sauna, hammam sympa. il n'y a absolument aucune ambiance autour de l'hôtel le soir, il faut aller dans le berlin est, l'accès taxi ou métro est très simple mais si vous êtes jeunes, que vous désirez découvrir berlin, sortir le soir, visiter la journée, faire du shopping dans les petites boutiques branchées..., préférez un hôtel du côté est de berlin. Conseil - vie nocturne: pour la vie nocturne, les bars et l'ambiance, choisissez plutôt un hôtel du côté est de berlin, il n'y a aucune ambiance le soir autour de l'hôtel, il faut toujours se déplacer mais l'accès aux métros est facile et efficace. pour le shopping et les petites boutiques de stylistes, il vaut également mieux aller du côté est de berlin. si vous cherchez à faire du shopping cher cet hôtel est idéal et surtout ne manquez pas de visiter l'étage "épicerie fine" de plusieurs milliers de m2 dans le kadewe.

The bedroom was also a welcome surprise - large, light and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was wonderful, close to the underground and in particular close to fantastic shopping. I recommend this hotel for both holidays and business. Internet access was fast and efficient and so made completely business easy.

Couples Australia, 22 mai 2012	Quality service Attentive and friendly staff 10 this was a really lovely hotel which was very reasonably priced through agoda. the staff were apologetic that our room was unavailable for us upon arrival and presented us with a free drink in the bar until it could be made so. then we were given an upgrade due to the inconvenience that was presented. the room was lovely, very comfortable, and the service was wonderful. our only disappointment was the limit of one device that can use their wi-fi. two adults are likely to have a device each (a fiancé who is addicted to ipad games and a compute for me to work from). after a request this was amended though. i would highly recommend the french restaurant, le faubourg, which is attached to the hotel. it has sensational food and exceptional staff. the location was great - brilliant for shopping and close to the train stations for visiting sights. overall, a relaxing and lovely stay in berlin. Conseil - shopping: This hotel is located smack bang in the middle of the shopping district. To one side of the hotel, all of the high end labels - Prada, Gucci, etc - and to the other side all the high street favorites - H&M, Cotton On, and so on.
