Hôtel de luxe

Emplacement idéal pour cet hôtel dans le quartier commerçant mais aussi dans la ville car il y a une station de métro kurfurstendamm au pied de l'hôtel. Il est donc aisé de partir vadrouiller rapidement partout dans la ville.
Le grand magasin KaDeWe est pas loin de l'hôtel.
En ce qui concerne le personnel, on a été surpris de voir qu'il y a du personnel français, tout le monde est très agréable.
Avec la chambre privilège nous avons pu profiter du lounge privilège, qui vous propose un petit déjeuner continental comme avantage, très agréable ainsi qu'un self service de bar et salon de thé en fonction de l'heure dans la journée.
La chambre est très luxueuse et se trouve au 7eme étage du nouveau batiment.
Ne pas hésiter une minute en clair.

Le H10 Ku'damm est un excellent hôtel. Très bien localisé, il offre des chambres confortables, un accueil sympathique et des prestations de très bon niveau.
Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

This hotel is located brilliantly, has comfortable and modern rooms, and also a very nice exterior. Suprisingly, for a hotel of this calibre, my room wasn't perfectly cleaned. It could have been a one-off mistake, though.

lovely hotel and service with a smile
Beautifully designed hotel, spacious room; real value for money. Fantastic location, right in the city, exactly beside underground subway and very near hop-on-hop off city tour.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good kitchenette facilities as well. The front desk reception was superb. Her name is Jennifer.

Very comfortable hotel with spacious room
Central Location just off the Ku'damm, near shops, sightseeing, restaurants and bars in the vicinity and in hotel

Spacious hotel and rooms also. Air conditioning/heating self regulating, minibar , safe, full length mirror, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant in hotel. Room service available in the evening.

Lovely hotel!
Locate in the best place!! Near many shopping mall and there's a subway entrance just next to the hotel!! Staffs are nice!

Hotel was clean, modern and well furnished. Staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help. Location is good, but Berlin is so big that it depends what you are there for. Overall happy with my stay.

Great hotel in a very convenient location
Great location, very modern, clean and tidy throughout, great value.

i selected this hotel having read a great number of positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. the location was perfect for our 3 day shopping/christmas market trip with some great places within a few minutes walk (kadewe and karstadt department stores and the christmas market at the kaiser wilhelm church were our favourites). there is also an underground station right next door to the hotel providing an ideal link to the rest of the city. the room was modern, clean and tidy and met all our requirements. all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful plus they stored our bags following checking out until it was time to leave for the airport. can't comment on dining there as we didn't use the restaurants.
will definitely use again when we return to berlin next year!
