Couples France, 19 mars 2012	Idéalement situé, chambres petites et propres Situation géographique, calme, gentillesse du personnel, propreté 7,3 l'hanoi old centre hôtel est idéalement situé dans une petite rue calme juste à côté du lac et de la vie trépidante d'hanoi. personnel charmant, propreté irréprochable des chambres qui sont un peu petites pour être des " supérieures". eau chaude, climatisation, produits hygiène offerts ( brosse à dents, rasoir, peigne et shampoing gel douche), wifi gratuit et accès internet gratuit. chambre avec fenêtre ...mais qui ne s'ouvre pas ! frustrant et un peu étouffant. l'hôtel a même à disposition une douche pour ses clients qui partent tard et veulent se doucher avant de prendre un avion. une adresse à recommander !..même si le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus copieux. The rooms were nice and clean. We had to wait a while to check in and then ended up being moved to a hotel 2 doors down for the first night only. The staff was friendly and upgraded the rooms both nights as well as refunding some money.

When we register at the counter, the staff inform us that our booked room (superior) is not available. However they are willing to upgrade us to family room which located at 6th Floor. The room was huge which consist of 1 double & 2 single beds. We can view the lake from the balcony of our room. Will definitely come back again because of the great location.

Breakfast just basic but OK. Very warm and friendly staff. Internet is very good and fast. Location is very ideal for shopping. Nice lake view from the room.

It was convenently located and close to the kind of things my family and I wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and very useful helping to find the things we wanted to see and do. They got tickets for us when they were not available!! I wish them every success in this venture. My son and his family stayed in another family sized room and were also very pleased!! Conseil - attractions: Hanoi is not really a city to visit with young children but is fine for adult couples. Women should not travel there solo!!
