Great Hotel, great location, friendly staff

We chose this hotel, because it was for a group of traveler. THe staff helped a lot with giving direction around Hanoi, and the view is very nice. Hotel is new, lots of good stuff.

Hôtel neuf, bien entretenu, propre. Accueil sympathique. Petite chambre mais bien conçue. Grande salle de bain. Le petit- déjeuner est varié sans offrir un choix exceptionnel mais les produits sont frais et bons. Malgré que l'hôtel est centré il est calme. Porte bien son nom, car il a un certain charme vénitien. Nous avons séjourné 5 jours, nous choisirons à nouveau cet cet hôtel quand nous retournerons à Hanoi
Conseil - attractions:
Hanoi est grouillante vivante, il faut la vivre, cet hôtel est idéal pour cela. Il faut voir le musée d'ethnographie, les temples.

le gondola est tres bien situe, a deux pas du lac hoan kiem et du quartier des trente-six corporations. l'interieur est neuf ou recemment renove, la decoration est tres charmante, d'inspiration venitienne. le personnel est aimable et souriant. j'ai beaucoup apprecie mon sejour et je recommande a ceux qui recherchent un bon niveau de confort, a prix raisonnable.

the staff were very nice. Not only the staff at reception or front door, the cook and waitresses of the dining room were also nice and helpful too. I had a perfect stay in Gondola Hotel Hanoi.

Pleasant stay, staff were very helpful, had room 801 which was noisy from chairs being moved from the bar above, asked to be moved and was given room 701 which was a lot quieter and had a large balcony (would of liked some chairs to sit on though to enjoy the views of the lake) the refrigerators in both rooms were not very cold.
